    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs), including: receiving, by a user equipment (UE), configuration information from a base station, in which configuration information is to configure an operation mode of the UE to operate on shortened subframes; determining, by the UE, a timing relationship from uplink grant (UL Grant) to PUSCH, a timing relationship from physical hybrid automatic retransmission request (ARQ) indicator channel (PHICH) to PUSCH, and a timing relationship from PUSCH to PHICH, and detecting a UL grant and/or a PHICH according to the determined timing relationship; in which the timing relationships are used for transmission of PUSCHs on shortened subframes; and transmitting, by the UE, based on the detected UL Grant and/or the PHICH, data of a PUSCH of a shortened uplink subframe according to the timing relationships determined by the UE in block 302.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information. In the method provided by the present disclosure, an evolved Node B (eNB) transmits Downlink Assignment (DL-GRANT) within a time-frequency bundling window, which corresponds to an uplink subframe feeding back HARQ-ACK. A UE receives DL-GRANT scheduling downlink HARQ transmission in the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back HARQ-ACK in turn, obtains a DL DAI in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI; then, maps HARQ-ACK bits of the time-frequency bundling window corresponding to respective uplink subframe for feeding back the HARQ-ACK to corresponding bits of a feedback bit sequence according to the mapping value of the DL DAI; and transmits the HARQ-ACK on an available uplink carrier. The present disclosure also provides a method for feeding back HARQ-ACK information. The UE transmits HARQ-ACK on an indicated carrier according to indication information of a base station. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, efficiency for feeding back the HARQ-ACK can be increased and downlink peak rate of the UE can be ensured.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for establishing a relay connection in a device to device (D2D) broadcast communication-based relay network, which includes as follows. Relay node user equipment (RNUE) transmits a relay broadcast (RBC) message based on indicator of a Donor evolved Node B (DeNB), provides necessary information for selecting a relay node (RN) to a user UE (UU). Furthermore, the RNUE detects a relay request (RRQ) message coming from the UU in corresponding resources. For an accepted RRQ, the RNUE confirms the relay connection with a corresponding UU by using a relay response (RRP) message. Based on the received RBC message, standard definition, or pre-configuration, the UU may determine transmission resources of the RRQ message, so as to establish a connection with the RNUE. By using the method provided by the present disclosure, relay connection between the RNUE and UU may be established at the cost of smaller standard change.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting uplink control information. The method includes: a User Equipment (UE) receives Uplink Control Information UCI configuration information, wherein the UCI configuration information includes information for determining a periodicity, an offset and a Physical Uplink Control Channel PUCCH for Periodic-Channel State Information P-CSI to be report in one subframe and configuration information for transmission of Hybrid Automatic Retransmission reQuest-Acknowledgement HARQ-ACK; processes one or more kinds of UCI in the subframe, and transmits the on resources using a PUCCH format. According to the method of the present disclosure, the transmit power for transmitting the UCI on the channel using the PUCCH format is optimized. During the transmission of the P-CSI, the PUCCH resource most preferable for the transmission of the P-CSI is determined. The uplink resource utilization ratio is increased.

    Abstract: Provided are a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT), with a transmission and receipt processing method and device for time-frequency synchronization between V2X terminals, When a synchronization signal to be transmitted is identical to a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, time-frequency resources configured for the D2D terminal in a cell are reused to transmit the synchronization signal. When synchronization signal to be transmitted is different from a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, reconfigured time-frequency resources are used to transmit the synchronization signal. The synchronization signal transmitted by a V2X terminal indicates a corresponding synchronization source type by using a value of an SLSS sequence index and/or a value of a PSBCH specified field.
