摘要: An oven that is controllable by a conversational style voice interaction with a user. It includes voice recognition system for listening to the user and a speech synthesizer for talking to the user. Operation occurs initially in a first voice recognition mode for recognizing one of a group of possible first voice commands from the user. After recognizing a particular first voice command, operation continues in a voice synthesizing mode wherein the user is asked to make some choices which confirms or "narrows" the first voice command. After synthesizing, operation continues in a second voice recognition mode for recognizing a particular one of a second group (less in number than the first group) of possible second voice commands from the user. After recognizing a particular second voice command, the oven operates according to the preprogrammed instructions corresponding to the first and second voice commands.

摘要: Input setting keys and displays for a heating device such as an electric oven or an electronic range having a digital control section. A key for setting the heating time is provided. By operating this key, the heating time is digitally indicated. A key for setting the heating temperature is also provided. By operating this key, the heating temperature is indicated by lighting a plurality of indication units, thus simplifying the input operation while at the same time improving the viewability of the indication.

摘要: A heating apparatus incorporating a voice-actuated control system. The control system operates in four (4) modes. A first mode allows the user to select among previously stored cooking, defrosting or heating programs. After a program is selected, the apparatus changes to a second mode wherein it makes an inquiry of the user related to the program selected. After the inquiry is answered, in a third mode of operation, the apparatus changes to a fourth mode of operation to implement the selected program, as modified by a user's voice command in the third mode. By requiring a user response from among a small class of possible responses for a given selected program, the apparatus is unlikely to begin a heating cycle without specific confirmation by a user and therefor its safety is enhanced.

摘要: A heating apparatus, such as an electric oven or an electronic oven including a voice recognition part which recognizes voice command of the user and produces a recognition code by receiving the voice command and performs operation by the voice command. Heating sequences are preliminarily stored in a memory of a control part, and one of them are selected by a recognition code produced by the voice recognition code, and preset in the memory. Heating members are controlled in a manner to heat the heating object according to the preset heating sequence. Such selection and presetting of the heating sequence is performed only when at least two sequential voice commands are fed to the voice recognition part in a predetermined order.

摘要: The present invention provides a semiconductor memory circuit capable of reducing current consumption at non-operation in a system equipped with a plurality of chips that share the use of a power supply, address signals and a data bus. The semiconductor memory circuit has an internal circuit which is capable of selectively performing the supply and stop of an operating voltage via switch means and includes a memory array. An input circuit, which receives a predetermined control signal therein, controls the supply and stop of the operating voltage by the switch means to reduce a DC current and a leak current when no memory operation is done, whereby low power consumption can be realized.

摘要: There is provided an extrusion head that is capable of largely increasing a production speed rather than a conventional head that extrudes supplies a high viscous melt-coating composition. In an extrusion head 12 that comprises a die ring 12 having an exit portion 122 and a nipple 13 arranged in vicinity of the exit portion 122, whereby a core wire passage 131 is provided to an inside of the nipple 13 in an axial direction, and a high viscous melt-coating composition is pressure-fed into a space, which is formed by the die ring 12 and the nipple 13, toward the exit portion 122 while drawing out a core wire W from the core wire passage to the exit portion, and thus a cord-like coated core wire is extruded from the exit portion 122 of the die ring while coating the core wire W with the high viscous melt-coating composition, a stagnation reservoir of the high viscous melt-coating composition is provided in vicinity of the exit portion by providing a wall surface 121 perpendicularly to a proceeding direction of the core wire W at the exit portion 122.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a bed which can surely detect the positional shift and heartbeat vibration of a bedded person while suppressing the increase of the cost and the degradation of the comfortability of a bed, and to provide a bed and an in-bed state detection method which can prevent the undesirable caught at the time of elevating the bed. In order to detect the shift of a bedded person, a ratio of intensities between output signals from first pressure sensitive sensor 21 and a second pressure sensitive sensor 22 each having a cable shape is obtained. These sensors are disposed along the lying direction at the both end sides of a bedding surface 15a on which a bedded person lies, respectively. When the ratio is in a range of a predetermined shift state set in advance, it is determined that the positional shift of a bedded person on the bedding surface 15a occurs. Further, a low-repulsion urethane layer is provided within a bed pad thereby to detect the heartbeat vibration. Furthermore, the elevational driving of the panel portion is controlled in accordance with the output form the pressure sensitive sensor disposed on a bed.

摘要: A problem of the invention is to provide a vibration detecting apparatus for accurately detecting vibration transmitted to a rigid body, particularly provide a toilet seat apparatus for accurately detecting body movement of a user transmitted to a toilet seat. There are provided pressing means (amplifying means) (27) for amplifying vibration by body movement of a user transmitted to an upper lid (rigid body) (6) of a toilet seat apparatus (5), and a piezoelectric sensor (vibration detecting sensor) (9) for detecting the amplified vibration and therefore, even when the toilet seat is hardly deformed by the body movement of the user transmitted to the toilet seat, the body movement of the user transmitted to the toilet seat is detected by the piezoelectric sensor (vibration detecting sensor) (9) by amplifying the body movement by the pressing means (amplifying means) (27) and therefore, the body movement of the user transmitted to the toilet seat can accurately be detected.

摘要: A plurality of lead-out wires 10 and 11 provided with insulating coating are stacked in a pressure sensitive sensor 1 and are molded in the shape of a cable, and at a distal end portion S the lead-out wire 11 is connected to a central electrode 2 and the lead-out wire 10 to an outer electrode 4. Consequently, if the pressure sensitive sensor 1 is connected to an external circuit 12, and a third resistor 15 is connected between the lead-out wire 10 and the lead-out wire 11 in the external circuit 12, a circuit is formed which is equivalent to a circuit for detecting a disconnection and a short circuit in a conventional pressure sensitive sensor, making it possible detect a disconnection and a short circuit of each electrode. Further, the construction of the leading end portion becomes simple, and a nonsensitive area can also be reduced, so that the detection performance improves.
