It is not necessary to subject the original picture to video processings such as a decimating processing, an interpolation processing or the like. The sparingly soluble ultraviolet light absorber can be blended in a high concentration in the system and blended homogeneously in the base agent. Also, stability over time is superior and the ultraviolet light protection effect is high.
