    摘要： A semiconductor integrated circuit device has a memory array which includes amplifying MOSFETs of sense amplifiers which amplify small voltages read out of dynamic memory cells onto bit lines and column switch MOSFETs which select bit lines, a read/write section which includes main amplifiers for reading out stored data from memory cells selected by the column switch, and a logic circuit which implements the input/output operation of data with the read/write section. Two capacitors each having a first electrode which corresponds to a plate electrode with the same structure as that of storage capacitors of dynamic memory cells and a second electrode which is multiple commonly-connected storage nodes of the storage capacitors are arranged in serial connection, disposed contiguously to the read/write section, and connected between operation voltage lines of the read/write section.

    摘要： An opening is defined in an upper portion of a side surface of an instrument panel, such that it is opposed to an air bag module mounted in front of a passenger's seat within the instrument panel. A tray is removably locked in the opening by a locking device. If the tray is removed from the opening, the air bag module is exposed and thus, it is possible for an operator to easily carry out the maintenance operation and the removal of the air bag module in a comfortable position without bending his body.

    摘要： An outer heat insulating structure on a building roof comprises a plurality of covering layer panels provided with a heat insulating layer and female screw members secured at corner portions in the covering layer panel in alignment with through-apertures provided therein with threaded rods capable of being threadedly engaged with the female screw members. Rubbery elastic members are arranged on a waterproof layer provided on the building roof and members which are secured to the rubbery elastic members and support rotatably lower ends of the threaded rods. A heat insulating layer is defined between the covering layer panel and the waterproof layer.
