    摘要: A method for designing a manufacturing process of an electronic device includes calibrating a technology computer-aided design system by fitting simulation parameters of manufacturing process and electrical characteristic simulations, using first feature of commercial manufacturing process of first electronic device manufactured by first manufacturing facilities, and first electrical characteristic of the first electronic device; acquiring second feature of trial manufacturing process of second electronic device manufactured by second manufacturing facilities, and second electrical characteristic of the second electronic device; calculating simulation electrical characteristic of the second electronic device by substituting the second feature to the manufacturing process simulation corresponding to the trial manufacturing process; comparing the second electrical characteristic with the simulation electrical characteristic; and creating design specification of commercial manufacturing process of the second manufacturing facilities based on difference between the second electrical characteristic and the simulation electrical characteristic.

    摘要: A wound and laminated iron core is formed by winding a soft magnetic thin strip into a circular ring shape or elliptical ring shape. A coil is then wound around almost an entire outer periphery of the ring of wound and laminated iron core. A cross sectional shape of the wound and laminated iron core vertical to a peripheral direction of the ring is any one of: (i) a circular shape, (ii) an elliptical shape, (iii) a substantially regular polygon of at least 6 sides, (iv) a shape encircled by a pair of point-symmetrically positioned circular arcs or elliptical arcs with a nearly straight line connecting respective edges of the pair of circular arcs or elliptical arcs on both sides of the pair of circular arcs or elliptical arcs, and (v) a shape of a substantially regular polygon of at least 4 sides whose apexes comprise a circular arc or an elliptical arc. As a result, a reactor is provided which gives less noise and loss than a conventional reactor used in a high frequency wave band, and which is small in size, light in weight, and easy to manufacture.

    摘要: This invention relates to a continuously treating line for a steel band, having a heating furnace by directly flaming. For heating the steel band with causing reduction, the heating furnace of directly flaming system is provided with a plurality of heating burners of reduction system which may form non-equilibrium range of the air and the fuel in a flame, that is, a reduction range, wherein the heating burners are positioned at predetermined arrangement with respect to the steel band and at a certain pitch predetermined in relation with an inner diameter of the burner in a line running direction.The treating line has said heating furnace constructed as mentioned above and a subsequent atmosphere furnace, and said atmosphere furnace may be provided with a sealing chamber having various means for avoiding invasion of the outer air.The line has, in order, a pre-heating furnace, said heating furnace and an indirectly heating furnace, and it may be furnished with intermediate chambers between respective furnaces for preventing the furnace gas from moving, and further may be furnished with an after-burning chamber for perfectly burning a combustion exhaust gas to be supplied to the pre-heating chamber.
