摘要： The present invention provides a rubber composition for a tire which makes it possible to consider an effect on environment, prepare for decrease in supply quantity of petroleum in future and improve weather resistance and rubber strength in good balance, and a tire prepared by using the rubber composition. The rubber composition of the present invention comprises not less than 20 parts by weight of a silica, not more than 5 parts by weight of a carbon black and 2 to 20 parts by weight of a turpentine soot and/or lamp black having an average particle diameter of not more than 1,000 nm, based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber component comprising a natural rubber and/or an epoxidized natural rubber, and a tire prepared by using the rubber composition.

摘要： A method comprising a step of manufacturing an elastic laminated body by laminating two webs and while inserting an elastic member in an extended state in a web length direction in between; a step of cutting the elastic laminated body in a length direction so that a concave portion and a convex portion appear alternately; a step of attaching a cover sheet to bridge between the concave portion and the convex portion of cut first elastic laminated body and second elastic laminated body, respectively; a step of widening the first elastic laminated body and the second elastic laminated body to which the cover sheet is attached; and a step of attaching an absorber onto the cover sheet, lessens the occurrence of wrinkles and creases produced when webs are cut, and eliminates a problem attributed to the occurrence of wrinkles and arising when an absorber is attached.

摘要： The present invention can provide the rubber composition for a carcass ply and/or a belt, which comprises a rubber component comprising 30 to 90% by weight of a natural rubber and 10 to 70% by weight of an epoxidized natural rubber and a filler containing not less than 80% by weight of silica, has adhesion as favorably compared with a rubber composition mainly comprising raw materials derived from non-petroleum resources, and makes it possible to reduce an adverse effect on environment and provide for the future decrease of petroleum supply, the carcass ply and/or the belt using the same composition, and the preparation process of the same composition. It is preferable that the process for preparing the rubber composition for a carcass ply and/or a belt comprises a step (1) of kneading the natural rubber and silica and a step (2) of kneading the kneaded product discharged in the step (1) and the epoxidized natural rubber.
