摘要： The invention concerns a turntable-using testing apparatus suitable for use in carrying out performance test of, for example, an internal combustion engine. The apparatus has testing units radially arranged on a turntable, each testing unit having a computer, table-side connectors connected to individual computers, a transfer device provided outside the turntable for delivering an object to be tested onto and withdrawing same from one of the testing units, and ground-side connectors connectable to and disconnectable from the table-side connectors and connected to the host computer. The apparatus enables prompt transmission/reception of test data and the like, facilitates correction of troubles and/or failures, and permits mass signal transmission and reception. According to another aspect of the invention, each of the testing units arranged on the turntable has a testing device, a control section, and a display, so that test data received from the testing device into the control section can, in combination with decision data thereof, be displayed on the display unit.

摘要： In a speed control system for vehicles, a speed-difference calculation circuit calculates an absolute value of a time difference between a predetermined period of time corresponding with a desired speed and the actual period of time corresponding with the actual speed, an acceleration calculation circuit calculates an absolute value of a time difference between the preceding and following actual periods of time within a limited range, and correction signal generator calculates a sum of the absolute values when each sign of the calculated time differences is positive or negative and calculates a difference between the absolute values when respective signs of the calculated time differences are opposite to each other. The signal generator selectively produces correction signals related to the calculated sum and the calculated difference. A distribution circuit produces a control signal in response to the respective correction signals, and an actuator controls the opening angle of the engine throttle in response to the control signal.

摘要： In an exhaust gas recirculation system for an internal combustion engine, a flow control valve is disposed within a recirculation pipe and operatively connected to a pneumatically operated servomotor to control the flow quantity of exhaust gases through the recirculation pipe, and an orifice is disposed within the recirculation pipe upstream of the valve to form a space between the valve and the orifice. A pressure regulator serves to modulate negative pressure from an engine intake manifold to the servomotor on a basis of pneumatic pressure applied thereto and pressure in the space. The pneumatic pressure applied to the pressure regulator is electrically controlled to satisfy the following equation.Pd=f(Pv, N)where the character Pd is the pneumatic pressure applied to the pressure regulator, and the characters Pv and N respectively indicate the negative pressure in the intake manifold and the engine speed.

摘要： A collision sensing system for vehicles is provided in which a moving core shaft having alternately notched and projecting portions formed thereon or a permanent magnet serving as a moving core and magnetized to create therein alternate north and south poles is disposed to move relative to a stator for providing a magnetic path, whereby when a vehicle comes into collision, the magnetic reluctance of the magnetic path is caused to change rapidly at plural times and a generating winding wound on the stator thus generates the waveform of an output voltage proportional to the rate of the plurality of changes of the magnetic reluctance. This output voltage is compared with a predetermined value to determine, whether a controlled system such as an air bag should be actuated to thereby actuate the controlled system properly.

摘要： An audio communication system includes a first analog/digital convertor, a second analog/digital convertor, and an echo canceller. The first analog/digital convertor converts an audio signal, which is input from a microphone, to a data signal. The second analog/digital convertor that converts an audio signal, which is input from an auxiliary input terminal, to a data signal. When an audio signal transmitted from the outside is received and output from a speaker, the echo canceller prevents an output of the speaker from being input through the microphone and echoed back to a recipient or remote device. An operating frequency of the echo canceller is relatively lower than a sampling frequency of the second analog/digital convertor.
