The cleaning process includes the steps of cleaning the substrate surface by supplying a cleaning liquid to the substrate; rinsing the cleaned substrate surface by supplying a rinse liquid containing pure water to the substrate; and drying the rinsed substrate. In the rinsing step, HF is added to the rinse liquid.

A label or a sticker is affixed to an outer peripheral surface of the outer frame. The cover is made from a transparent resin and is removably disposed to the outer frame for protectingly covering the label. A sheet containing a plurality of labels having colors or pattern different from each other is provided. A user can select one of the labels.

摘要： To provide a generator capable of generating plasma and ozone with high efficiency and easy to handle, with a simple structure. An electrode part 10 is formed of electrodes 11 and 12 without dielectric material interposed therebetween. An arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 as a charge storage part for storing charge is connected in series to the electrode part 10. An AC power source 15 generating plasma by causing self-arc-extinguishing discharge between the electrodes 11 and 12 by applying AC voltage to charge and discharge the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13, is connected to both ends of a circuit in which the electrode part 10 and the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 are connected in series. The arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 and one electrode 12 of the electrode part 10 connected thereto are unitized, for making the electrode part multi-polarized. A unit is constituted of a floating electrode serving as both of the one electrode 12 of the electrode part 10 and one electrode of the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13, an insulating material provided around the floating electrode and a grounding electrode provided around the insulating material.

摘要： To order to provide an RF receiving coil having a structure that can be safely mounted on an object and an MRI apparatus including the RF receiving coil, the RF receiving coil includes a main body having one or more flexible closed conductor loops for receiving a nuclear magnetic resonance signal, a flexible outer cover section that covers the closed conductor loop, a preamplifier section that amplifies the nuclear magnetic resonance signal received by the closed conductor loop, and a housing section in which the preamplifier section is housed and which is more rigid than the outer cover section. The RF receiving coil is mounted on the object in a state where the main body is bent such that the end surfaces of both ends of the main body face each other, and the MRI apparatus performs imaging using such an RF receiving coil.

摘要： An electric driver includes a hook portion which is constituted by a deformable hook-like portion and a connecting portion for connecting the hook-like portion to the handle. The hook-like portion is constituted by a base portion connected to the connecting portion and a bent portion continuous to the base portion, and a front end portion continuous to the bent portion and arranged at a position substantially opposed to the base portion. The front end portion and the base portion can be proximate to and remote from each other. The connecting portion holds the hook-like portion in a direction substantially the same as a direction in which the handle extends. The hook-like portion is pivotably held on a first rotating axis center extending in substantially the same direction as the handle.
