摘要： A two-stroke engine (1, 31, 41, 51) includes a cylinder (2) having a combustion chamber (5). The combustion chamber (5) is delimited by a piston (7) which drives a crankshaft (25) rotatably journalled in a crankcase (3). The two-stroke engine (1, 31, 41, 51) includes a fuel line (14) wherein an electromagnetic valve (18) is mounted. The valve (18) is controlled by a control unit. An air channel (27) is provided for supplying combustion air. The two-stroke engine (1, 31, 41, 51) has at least one transfer channel (12) which connects the combustion chamber (5) to the crankcase (3) at pregiven piston positions. An ignition module (20, 30) is provided which triggers the ignition of a spark plug (8) projecting into the combustion chamber (5). The valve (18) and the control of the valve (18) are integrated into the ignition module (20, 30).

摘要： A two-stroke engine has a cylinder and a piston reciprocating in the cylinder and delimiting a combustion chamber. The piston has at least one piston recess. A crankshaft is rotatably arranged in a crankcase connected to the cylinder. A connecting rod connects piston and crankshaft. Transfer channels connect the crankcase to the combustion chamber in pre-defined piston positions. The transfer channels each have a transfer port opening into the combustion chamber. A device for supplying fuel and an air channel supplying combustion air are provided. In predetermined piston positions, the air channel is connected by the piston recess to the transfer ports. The air channel opens into the cylinder bore opposite the exhaust for the exhaust gases. The air channel, the piston recess, and the transfer channels define an air passage that provides approximately uniform distribution of air from the air channel into the transfer channels.

In a preferred aspect of the present invention, a method for enabling liveness for a non-live object can include the step of wrapping the non-live object to emulate liveness in a collaborative environment. Preferably, the wrapping step can include selecting at least one attribute of the non-live object, repeatedly updating a status of the at least one attribute for the non-live object, and, providing the repeatedly updated status to the collaborative environment in order to emulate liveness for the non-live object.

摘要： A two-cycle engine, especially for a portable, manually-guided implement, is provided. The engine has a cylinder with a combustion chamber delimited by a reciprocating piston. An inlet opens into the cylinder for supplying fuel/air mixture into a crankcase. The engine has an outlet for exhaust gases from the combustion chamber and at least one transfer channel, which, in prescribed positions of the piston, fluidically connects the crankcase with the combustion chamber. The engine has a clean air path that includes an air channel, a piston window and a transfer channel. In prescribed positions of the piston the air channel is fluidically connected via the piston window with an inlet window of the transfer channel. The direction of flow in the clean air path from inlet to outlet extends uniformly, in at least one piston position, and in a plane that extends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder.

摘要： A system for providing a user status message in an instant messaging system that permits editing of the user status message by the owner of the status message and other users, and that displays information in the status message regarding the editing history of the status message. An edit history for each status message is provided, including a date and time stamp associated with each of a number of entries within the status message. Each entry in the status message is further provided with an indication of the user that authored the entry. The owner of the status message and users other than the owner of the status message are permitted to add entries to the status message through interfaces provided by the disclosed system. The system may further provide the ability to include links to additional information within the status message entries based on detection of strings of adjacent characters having a predetermined capitalization format.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for operating a two-stroke engine having scavenging-advance storage. The combustion chamber (3) which in configured in the cylinder (2) is supplied with an air/fuel mixture via a transfer channel (12, 15). This air/fuel mixture is drawn by induction through an inlet into the crankcase (4) during the intake phase. During the intake phase, a fuel-free fluid such as pure air is inducted via a fluid channel (17) and stored in the transfer channel. To obtain good exhaust-gas values while also having reduced fuel consumption and reliable lubrication, lambda (λ) of the air/fuel mixture, which is stored in the crankcase (4), is adjusted in a range of approximately 0.2 to 0.6 in the part-load and full-load ranges of the two-stroke engine (1).
