摘要: An optimized CO2 air-conditioning system for a vehicle has individual components designed and/or matched to one another in such a way that if the high pressures in the high-pressure section deviate by up to ±30% from the optimum high pressures, the associated optimum performance figures are reduced by no more than 20%. The individual components include a controllable compressor, a gas cooler, an internal heat exchanger, an evaporator and an accumulator. As a result, a fixed throttle expansion member can be used between the high-pressure and low-pressure sections of the system.

摘要: A control device is provided for a refrigerant circuit of an air conditioner, divided by a compressor and a vent element into a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side. The control device includes a high-pressure-side control part and a low-pressure-side control part for controlling one or more controllable high-pressure-side or low-pressure-side system components. The two control parts are coupled with one another, with at least one influential parameter of one control part forming a coupling parameter that is coupled into the other control part as an influential parameter that is effective there as well. The control device is useful for carbon dioxide air conditioners of motor vehicles.

The control unit is suitable in particular for controlling a heating and/or air conditioning system in a motor vehicle.

摘要: The invention relates to an air-conditioning system (1) for a vehicle driven by a motor (16), having a refrigerant circuit (5) with a plurality of heat exchangers (2, 11) through which a refrigerant can be conducted for an exchange of heat with the air which flows through them, and having a heat pump heat exchanger (9) in which an exchange of heat with a coolant circuit (6), in which at least one coolant cooler (19) is arranged, takes place, with it being possible for the coolant cooler (19), in the heating mode, to be used as a heat exchanger for absorbing heat from the environment, and with the coolant cooler (19) being connected in series downstream of the heat pump heat exchanger (9) in the coolant circuit (6), and to a method for regulating an air-conditioning system (1) of said type.

摘要: A control device for gas is provided with a pivotable flap mounted between side walls of a guide duct. A receiving pocket for the insertion of a drive element (motor) is provided on one of the side walls and is oriented in such a way that, after insertion, the output shaft of the drive element is in engagement with the flap. This receiving pocket may be arranged so that the drive element is inserted coaxially with respect to the pivot axis of the flap or transversely thereto, or if the receiving pocket extends into the interior of the duct, the pivot flap is provided with a corresponding cut-out.

摘要: An exhaust gas catalytic converter, particularly for an internal combustion engine, includes a flow channel for carrying exhaust gas. A carrier body is disposed in the flow channel and has a structure through which exhaust gas can flow. The carrier body is formed of sheet-metal layers. At least some of the sheet-metal layers are at least partially structured. A catalytic coating is disposed in the carrier body. At least one separate heating element in addition to the structure, is adapted to the shape of one of the at least partially structured sheet-metal layers, is electrically insulated from the structure and is in close thermal contact with at least one of the coating and the sheet-metal layers, for electrically heating the carrier body externally. A method for producing an exhaust gas catalytic converter includes placing spaced-apart heating elements adapted to a shape of a corrosion-proof structured sheet-metal layer into the structured sheet-metal layer. At least one other sheet-metal layer is then wound, looped or layered with the structured sheet-metal layer to form a carrier body.
