The present invention relates to a novel amphiphilic block copolymer and the preparation method thereof, as well as a micellar drug-loaded system formed by said copolymer and an anti-tumor drug. Said amphiphilic block copolymer comprises a hydrophilic segment and a hydrophobic segment, and the end group of said hydrophobic segment is end-capped with a hydrophobic group. Methoxypolyethylene glycol (or polyethylene glycol)-polyester block copolymer which has recognized safety is used as a fundamental material of the amphiphilic block copolymer of the present invention, and the terminal hydroxyl group of the polyester segment is modified with a hydrophobic group, whereby the compatibility between the drug molecule and the hydrophobic segments of the block copolymer is improved, and the interaction therebetween is enhanced. Moreover, a larger space for accommodating the drug molecules is provided. Said micelles are more effective in restricting the drug molecules inside the micellar core and preventing the drug from dissolved out of the micelles. Therefore, a drug-loaded micelle with high stability is obtained.

The present invention discloses a method for monitoring Multicast Control Channel (MCCH) notification information, comprising: in a Multicast-Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) cell that includes more than two MCCHs, when user equipment (UE) determines that the required MBMS service is not started, the UE further determines whether there is a correspondence relationship between the required MBMS service and the MCCHs, if yes, the UE just monitors the notification information of the MCCH corresponding to the required MBMS service; otherwise, the UE monitors the notification information of all the MCCHs in the MBSFN cell. The invention also discloses a device for monitoring MCCH notification information and user equipment. The present invention guarantees that the UE can timely receive an MBMS service that is not started currently in a cell with overlapped MBSFN areas.

An MTC server sets contents of MTC device trigger information, and sends the received MTC device trigger information to a network node equipment. The network node equipment searches a core network equipment corresponding to a target user equipment, and sends the received MTC device trigger information to the core network equipment. The core network equipment forwards the MTC device trigger information to the target user equipment via a radio access network. The target user equipment receives the MTC device trigger information, and sends an MTC device trigger information acknowledgement message to the core network equipment. Through the solution of the disclosure, the sending of MTC device trigger information in a 3GPP network can be realized.
