    摘要: An apparatus for intermitting beams of light for use in a gas analyzer in which a rotary shaft of a chopper is supported by first and second ball bearings. An outside ring of the first ball bearing is fixedly mounted on a bearing housing and either an inside ring or an outside ring of the second ball bearing is adapted to be movable in the thrust or axial direction relative to the rotary shaft, whereby the second ball bearing is movably energized in the thrust direction by an elastic member to eliminate shake of the rotary shaft due to play in the ball bearings and thus reduce modulation noise to improve measuring accuracy of the gas analyzer.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for concentrating gold contained in a leach residue obtained in a copper hydrometallurgical process for recovering copper from a copper sulfide mineral to efficiently separate and recover gold from the leach residue: a gold-bearing copper sulfide mineral is subjected to pressure leaching with sulfuric acid at a temperature higher than 102° C. and 112° C. or lower to obtain a leach residue, and the leach residue is subjected to flotation to separate it into a float fraction and a sink fraction; the float fraction obtained by flotation is desulfurized to obtain a desulfurized product; the desulfurized product is subjected to oxidative roasting to obtain an oxidatively-roasted product; the oxidatively-roasted product is dissolved in a sulfuric acid solution to obtain a copper solution, and a gold-bearing residue is separated and recovered from the copper solution.

    摘要: A power supply unit superimposes alternating-current voltage on direct-current voltage and applies it to a motor. As a result, when the motor is rotated, a current containing an alternating-current component flows. Further, the motor includes a capacitor connected in parallel with one phase coil. Owing to this capacitor, the impedance of the motor circuit between brushes is varied according to the rotation of the motor. Variation in impedance appears as variation in the amplitude of the alternating-current component in motor current. A signal processing unit extracts an alternating-current component from the motor current detected by the current detection unit and generates a rotation pulse corresponding to variation in the amplitude. A rotation angle detection unit detects the rotation angle of the motor based on this rotation pulse.

    摘要: An angular position sensor is provided which is designed to an angular position of a rotary shaft. The angular position sensor has a magnet affixed to the rotary shaft. The magnet has an N-pole and an S-pole and is so geometrically shaped as to produce magnetic flux which is substantially uniform in amount within a range extending around each of centers of the N-pole and the S-pole. This improves the linearity of a change in sensor output upon rotation of the rotary shaft.

    摘要: A rotation angle detecting device includes a columnar permanent magnet that has a generally ring-shaped cross-section and a pair of magnetic poles, a pair of semi-cylindrical yokes disposed in a circumferential direction opposite the permanent magnet, a rotary shaft fixed to the permanent magnet at a shifted rotation axis and a magnetic sensor disposed in one of circumferential gaps between the yokes. The rotation axis and the magnetic poles are arranged so that the magnetic flux density becomes maximum at portions of the yoke less than 90 degrees angled from the circumferential gap in which the magnetic sensor is disposed.
