Methods and systems for establishing multicast and broadcast services are described. In one example aspect, the method includes adding, upon determination that flow establishment configuration information does not include a multicast broadcast service (MBS) flow identifier, a first identifier to the user data of the data traffic flow, and transmitting the data traffic flows with the first identifier through the unicast tunnel, or adding, upon determination that the flow establishment configuration information includes the multicast broadcast service (MBS) flow identifier and the corresponding multicast shared tunnel, a second identifier to the user data of the data traffic flows, and transmitting the data traffic flows with the second identifier through the multicast shared tunnel.

Based on the received control information, the control node may determine that the network node supports codec adaptation or that the communication node is allowed to enable the codec adaptation.

Provided are a Vehicle to Everything (V2X) architecture and a service implementation method and apparatus therein. The V2X architecture at least comprises: an on-board unit, a road side unit, a V2X function entity and a V2X application server. The method comprises: the on-board unit sends request information to the V2X application server via a network application layer signaling or the V2X function entity, wherein the request information is used to indicate requesting for a V2X service; the on-board unit receives from the V2X application server first indication information in response to the request information, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate whether the request information successfully requests for the V2X service; and when the first indication information indicates that the request information successfully requests for the V2X service, the on-board unit receives data of the V2X service sent by the V2X application server via the road side unit.

The method includes: when a user equipment which is ready to receive trunked service data through a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) bearer moves between a cell inside an MBMS single frequency network (MBSFN) area where a trunked service is located and a cell outside the MBMFN area, reporting area identifier information of the user equipment; and the user equipment receiving the trunked service data according to a trunked service bearing mode selected by a network side based on the received area identifier information.

The disclosure discloses a data transmission method, wherein the method includes that: a base station (eNB) transmits a system information block message upon confirming that a Physical Multicast Channel (PMCH) carrying a Multicast Control Channel (MCCH) is not present; configures a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) area configuration message according to the system information block message; performs data scheduling according to the configuration of the system information block message or of the MBSFN area configuration message; and transmits the MBSFN area configuration message. Disclosed are a method for updating multimedia broadcast multicast control channel information, a method for receiving updated multimedia broadcast multicast control channel information, a network device and a user equipment. Herein, the method includes: updating, by a network side, MCCH information in a short Multicast Control CHannel MCCH modification period, and when the MCCH information to be updated is related to a resource configuration change of Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service MBMS traffic data, selecting, by the network side, to update the MCCH information in the short MCCH modification period or selecting to update the MCCH information in a normal MCCH modification period, based on the priority of the MBMS traffic data for which resource configuration is changed; transmitting, by the network side, the updated MCCH information.
