Abstract:
A vehicle group management method is provided. In a coverage area of a Road Side Unit, it is determined by the RSU or a designated vehicle whether state information of a plurality of vehicle groups meets a first preset condition for integrating the vehicle groups or a second preset condition for splitting the vehicle groups. The designated vehicle has a management right for managing the vehicle groups. If the determination result is yes, the vehicle groups are integrated according to the first preset condition, or the vehicle groups are splitted according to the second preset condition. Additionally, a vehicle in the integrated vehicle groups or the split vehicle groups is designated as the designated vehicle.
Abstract:
A method for LTE trunking communication, a user equipment and a first network element device are disclosed. The method includes: when a user equipment which is ready to receive trunked service data through a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) bearer moves between a cell inside an MBMS single frequency network (MBSFN) area where a trunked service is located and a cell outside the MBMFN area, reporting area identifier information of the user equipment; and the user equipment receiving the trunked service data according to a trunked service bearing mode selected by a network side based on the received area identifier information.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an MBMS bearer-based method and system for querying a node state in cluster communication and a storage medium. The method comprises: a cluster service application server transmits to a network node employing a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer for transmitting a cluster service a request message for reporting a node state, receives node state information reported by the network node, selects, on the basis of the node state information, a mode for transmitting the cluster service, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on a target UE receiving the cluster service; the node state information comprises a congestion/overload identifier, an MBMS service area identifier, an MBMS service identifier, a congestion/overload start/end identifier. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.
Abstract:
Provided are a method, system, device for controlling congestion or overload and an eNB. The method includes: one or more eNBs configured to detect congestion or overload of user plane data are selected, and the one or more eNBs selected are notified; the one or more eNBs selected detect a congestion or overload event of the user plane data; when a triggering condition is met, the one or more eNBs selected send congestion or overload indication information to a GCS AS; and the GCS AS determines a start or end of congestion or overload which occurs in an MBMS area according to the congestion or overload indication information, and correspondingly selects a manner in which trunking service data are sent. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, the problem of influence for a trunking service when congestion or overload occurs in a network may be solved.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method, system, evolved Node B (eNB) and User Equipment (UE) for implementing service scheduling. The method includes: an eNB sends time-domain scheduling information of Single Cell-Point To Multipoint (SC-PTM) Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) to a UE, the time-domain scheduling information is used for indicating a position of a time-domain subframe where the MBMS is located, and a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) of the time-domain subframe includes frequency-domain scheduling information of the MBMS. A UE receives time-domain scheduling information, performs blind detection at a position of a time-domain subframe indicated by the time-domain scheduling information, determines a PDCCH including frequency-domain scheduling information of MBMS, and reads the frequency-domain scheduling information on the PDCCH. The UE receives the MBMS on a Physical Downlink Share Channel (PDSCH) on the basis of the read frequency-domain scheduling information.
Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a terminal device and an early warning method for the terminal device. The method includes: a terminal starts a global positioning system (GPS) positioning to acquire current geographical location information in real time, and matches the current geographical location information with geographical location information of a set region in a service area of a base station to which the terminal belongs; if a matching result is that the terminal has left the set region of the base station to which the terminal belongs, the terminal performs an early warning operation. The terminal device includes a matching unit and an early warning processing unit.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an MBMS bearer-based method and system for reporting a congestion state in cluster communication and a storage medium. The method comprises: when user-side and/or control-side congestion or overload indication information reported by a network node of a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) bearer-based cluster service is received, a cluster service application server determines a target user equipment (UE) and a cluster service being affected, executes a corresponding policy, and mitigates impacts of congestion or overload on the target UE receiving the cluster service; and, when resume indication information reported by the network node is received, the cluster service application server utilizes the restored network node to select a bearer mode for transmitting the cluster service. The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of network congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.
Abstract:
A method for implementing the application for speaking right of a Long Term Evolution (LTE)-based broadband trunking system, a Mobility Management Entity (MME), a network subsystem, a broadband wireless access subsystem and the LTE-based broadband trunking system are disclosed. The method includes: the broadband wireless access subsystem sending a trunking speaking right update request to the network subsystem, receiving the trunking speaking right update accept message returned by the network subsystem, and sending the trunking speaking right update accept message to a speaking right seizing terminal; and the broadband wireless access subsystem receiving the speaking right occupation prompt message sent by the network subsystem, and sending the trunking speaking right occupation prompt message and updated configuration information via a multicast control channel of an enhanced Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (eMBMS).
Abstract:
Disclosed are a broadband digital trunking service implementation method and a trunking scheduling management center. The trunking scheduling management center receives a trunking call establishment request, and sends a network side a trunking bearer establishment request carrying call information and a transmission bearer address according to the trunking call establishment request.
