Abstract: Provided are a resource allocation method and device, and a storage medium. The method includes: configuring resources for transmission of a physical uplink shared channel of a terminal by means of an uplink resource allocation parameter; and transmitting the uplink resource allocation parameter to the terminal. By means of the method, the device and the storage medium of the present disclosure, a base station configures, through the uplink resource allocation parameter, resources for the transmission of the physical uplink shared channel of the terminal and transmits the uplink resource allocation parameter to the terminal, thus solving the problem in the related art the minimum resource allocation granularity in resource allocation for the PUSCH can only be one physical resource block, and reducing the resource allocation granularity.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for transmission of a synchronization signal. The method includes: transmitting, by a base station, the synchronization signal repeatedly and periodically to a terminal. In one repetition period, the synchronization signal is transmitted over time corresponding to a plurality of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in one or more subframes. The synchronization signal is a Primary Synchronization Signal (PSS) or a Secondary Synchronization Signal (SSS). Alternatively, the method includes: receiving, by a terminal, the synchronization signal transmitted from a base station repeatedly and periodically. In this way, the problem associated with inappropriate design of the synchronization signals in the NB-LTE system can be solved and proper transmission of the synchronization signals in the narrow band system can be achieved.
