    Abstract: Methods and devices for adjusting a read threshold voltage of bitlines are provided. One such method includes adjusting a read threshold voltage of bitlines coupled to memory points of a memory circuit. The read threshold voltage is initially set to a first value. First data are written in the memory points and second data are read from the memory points. The second data are compared to the first data, and the threshold voltage is decreased by a second value in response to a comparison error of one of the second data with the corresponding first data.

    Abstract: An electronic envelope detection circuit includes an input signal detecting circuit having at least one MOS transistor configured to receive a radiofrequency input signal and to deliver an internal signal on the basis of the input signal. The biasing point of the at least one transistor is controlled by the input signal and a control signal. A processing circuit that is coupled to the input signal detecting circuit is configured to deliver a low-frequency output signal on the basis of the internal signal and further deliver the control signal on the basis of the output signal. In operation, the value of the control signal decreases when the average power of the input signal increases, and vice versa.

    Abstract: Requests are received by a routing circuit. A plurality of first round-robin arbitration circuits are coupled to the routing circuit. There are as many first round-robin arbitration circuits as there are possible priority levels for the requests. The routing circuit operates to transmit each received request to a number of first round-robin arbitration circuits determined according to the priority level of the request. A second round-robin arbitration circuit has inputs respectively connected to the outputs of the first round-robin arbitration circuits.
