    摘要: An apparatus and method for preparing a flexible substrate with uniformly spaced images and corresponding physical or virtual registration marks at regular intervals, applying an energy curable coating to the flexible substrate either uniformly or in selected spots, and providing a master web carrying uniformly spaced impressing images and corresponding registration marks at regular intervals, where accurate alignment of the registration marks of the flexible substrate and the master web is achieved by stretching the master web to align the registration marks. One embodiment of the apparatus comprises scanners which sense the location of the registration marks on the flexible substrate and the master web; an electronic register control system programmed to monitor error signals representing the on-the-fly deviation in the alignment of the master and flexible substrate registration marks and makes determinations of the amount of stretching that must be applied to the master web in order to bring the registration marks into alignment; and means for achieving the appropriate stretching of the master web to produce the desired alignment.

The reflective-transmissive layer is capable of reflecting a portion of incident light to be a first reflected light and allowing another portion of the incident light to transmit therethrough. The substrate is capable of reflecting the transmitted light to be a second reflected light. The medium layer is configured for controlling a light path difference between the first reflected light and the second reflected light thereby allowing the second reflected light to interfere with the first reflected light and provide the multi-layer film structure with a desired color appearance.

    摘要: The present invention provides a resin sheet having fine decorative patterns and a method of readily producing the resin sheet having fine decorative patterns.The present invention is characterized by a resin sheet having fine decorative patterns. The resin sheet is consisted of a transparent resin sheet and a three dimensional cured resin layer laminated thereon, and the decorative patterns are formed on the three dimensional cured resin layer. Any characters and numbers are transparently printed on the surface of the transparent resin sheet and the three dimensional cured resin layer by silk printing, and the surface may be tinted by silk printing. The resin sheet having fine decorative patterns may be produced by stacking a metal plate having decorative patterns thereon, a three dimensional cure resin, and a transparent resin sheet in this order, by radiating exciting rays such as UV light and X-ray, or by heating, from the side of the transparent resin sheet to cure the three dimensional cure resin, and then by peeling off from the metal plate.
