    摘要: A method for making a decorative multilaminar veneer with accentuated curvilinear shapes consists of the steps of: obtaining sheets of wood from a log of wood or from a block of multilaminar wood; superimposing and permanently sticking the sheets of wood on top of one another to form a plurality of packets of sheets of wood; providing a plurality of male molds and at least one female countermold, wherein each male mold has a convex curvilinear profile with different curvature radiuses of one mold with respect to the other and wherein the female countermold has a concave curvilinear profile; arranging, pressing and permanently sticking together several packets, in sequence and superimposed, between the female countermold and in sequence the male molds to deform in a curvilinear manner the packets, replacing in sequence, upon the reaching of a preset height of the superimposed, joined and deformed packets a male mold with a profile with a greater curvature radius with a successive male mold with a profile with a lesser curvature radius; obtaining a sliceable block formed by said superimposing, joining and deforming of packets of the sheets of wood; slicing said block to obtain a decorative multilaminar veneer.

    摘要: A method for memorializing a sports jersey via creating a shimmering light-reflective pattern resembling a three-dimensional wave on a plurality of two-dimensional metallic surfaces features obtaining a plurality of planar metallic blanks. The method features obtaining an angle grinder having a circular grinding disc located thereon. The method features embedding a first series of arc-shaped striations sequentially located one above another along a first striation axis on each metallic blank via operation of the angle grinder. The method features embedding subsequent series' of arc-shaped striations sequentially located one above another along subsequent striation axes on each metallic blank via operation of the angle grinder. This step is repeated until the desired shimmering light-reflective pattern resembling a three-dimensional wave on a two-dimensional metallic surface is achieved. The method features assembling the metallic blanks, one atop of another creating layers.

    摘要: A method of producing image carrying laminated material comprises the steps of forming an image by ink jet printing on a first surface of a sheet of interlayer using solvent based ink, solvent based paint or solvent based dye system(s), interposing an interlayer comprising the sheet of interlayer between two sheets of material, and joining the two sheets of material to form the laminate by activating the interlayer. In addition, a method of producing an image carrying laminated safety glass comprising the steps of mechanically stabilizing a sheet of heat softening interlayer, forming an image on a first surface of the interlayer by ink jet printing using solvent based ink, solvent based paint or solvent based dye, removing the mechanical stabilization, interposing an interlayer comprising the sheet of heat softening interlayer between two sheets of glass and joining the two sheets of glass to form the laminated safety glass by heating the interlayer. Further, an image carrying laminated sheet, comprising two sheets of material joined by an interlayer comprising a sheet of interlayer having an image formed on a first surface of the interlayer by ink jet printing using solvent based ink, solvent based paint or solvent based dye system(s).
