摘要: A method of applying a closed cell spray foam insulation may include spraying a first layer of a closed cell spray foam insulation into a wall cavity. A B-side mixture of the closed cell spray foam insulation may include a polyol blend having a polyester polyol having a functionality of at least about 3.0 and a polyether polyol. The method may include spraying at least one additional layer of the closed cell spray foam insulation against the first layer within 5 minutes of spraying the first layer.

The multi-layer structure includes a first polymeric layer having a first surface and a second surface, the first polymeric layer comprising a metalized polyethylene teraphthalate, a second polymeric layer having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface of the second polymeric layer disposed adjacent the second surface of the first polymeric layer, the second polymeric layer comprising a cyclic olefin or a homopolymer of chlorotrifluoroethylene, and a third polymeric layer having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface of the third polymeric layer disposed adjacent the second surface of the second polymeric layer, the third polymeric layer comprising polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride. A method of making a multi-layer film structure and a packaging structure are also provided.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an electrode plate, a microfluidic chip, and a method of manufacturing the electrode plate. In one embodiment, an electrode plate includes: a substrate, an electrode and a surface contact layer stacked in sequence, and a droplet inlet hole passing through the substrate, the electrode and the surface contact layer. The surface contact layer comprises a super-hydrophobic region and a hydrophilic region, and the droplet inlet hole is disposed in the hydrophilic region. The microfluidic chip includes: a first electrode plate formed by the abovementioned electrode plate, and a second electrode plate provided on a side of the first electrode plate close to the surface contact layer. The first electrode plate is provided opposite to the second electrode plate and a liquid channel is formed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate.

The coating layer includes a rubber layer and a lubricating layer having a lower coefficient of friction than the surface of the metal plate portion. In the coating layer on a part of the surface of the metal plate portion that includes at least a periphery of the sealing target hole, the rubber layer and the lubricating layer are laminated and the lubricating layer is arranged on a surface layer of the coating layer. In the coating layer on a periphery of the fastening hole, the rubber layer is laminated and the rubber layer is arranged on a surface layer of the coating layer.

摘要: Disclosed is a coated metallic material having a high total light reflectance and excellent moldability. Also disclosed is a method for producing the coated metallic material. Further disclosed is a molded coated metallic article. The coated metallic material is characterized by comprising a coating layer having at least three layers composed of a primer layer, an intercoating layer and a top layer, wherein the intercoating layer contains rutile-type titanium oxide in an amount of 35 to 70% in terms of a solid material concentration by volume and also contains a polyester resin (A) having a number average molecular weight of 19000 to 28000 as a binder resin component, and wherein the polyester resin (A) is contained in the binder at a concentration of 20 mass % or more. In the coated metallic material, an interface between the intercoating layer and the top layer has a center-line average roughness (Ra) of 0.8 μm or more, so that the adhesion between the intercoating layer and the top layer can be further improved and the diffusion reflectance can also be further improved.
