    摘要: A mobile lifting apparatus for raising and lowering one or more persons may include a bottom tower section having a first bottom sidewall and an opposing second bottom sidewall. The apparatus may also have a top tower section coupled to and vertically translatable relative to the bottom tower section and a work platform translatable with the top carriage. The work platform may have a work surface with a first surface portion that is sized to accommodate at least one person standing on the first surface portion. An elevating assembly may be operable raise and lower the top tower section relative to the bottom tower section. The top tower section may be translatable to a lowered position in which the top carriage and the first surface portion are disposed laterally between the first and second bottom sidewalls.

    摘要: An assembly rig for assembling a wind turbine tower or wind turbine tower sections is provided. The assembly rig includes a platform assembly having a vertically oriented mast and one or more substantially horizontally oriented booms which are connected to the vertically oriented mast that has a platform or a personnel basket. The assembly rig also includes a radial segment supporting assembly having a vertically oriented mast and one or more substantially horizontally oriented booms connected to the vertically oriented mast that has a segment holding device at its distal end. The assembly rig further includes a surface, for supporting and levelling the platform assembly and the radial segment supporting assembly. In one embodiment, the surface may be a ground support boom.

    摘要: Methods, systems and apparatuses for providing high electrical resistance for an upper control assembly (including control handles) of an aerial lift are provided through an isolation member that is integral to the upper control assembly and interposed between fluid lines in the control assembly and a set of fluid conduits that extend from the control assembly towards other portions of the aerial lift. The isolation member is a dielectric element that comprises a manifold that is made of material that is substantially electrically non-conductive, and that has a plurality of through-holes or hoses configured to allow hydraulic fluid to flow through the isolation member into and out of the fluid lines and conduits. These methods, systems and apparatuses are preferably used in upper control assemblies of aerial platforms that can carry one or more operators in order to prevent such operators from electrocution when controlling the lift.
