    摘要: A balancing device consists of at least one balancer, for example a pneumatic jack, one end of which is connected to the deck lid by a swivel joint and whose other end is hinged to the vehicle body. The balancer is hinged to the vehicle body through a bent return lever consisting of two unequal arms and is attached at its bend to the vehicle body about an axis parallel to the hinge axis of the hatchback. The end of the arm oriented toward the axis forms a hinge for the said other end of the balancer while the end of the other arm of the bent lever is in contact with the concave cam surface of a cam attached to the deck lid.

    摘要: There is provided a damper device for a glove compartment has a housing, a damping unit, a rack member and a gear. An insertion hole is formed through a bottom surface of the housing. The damping unit has a case which is fixed to the housing, and a rotation shaft which extends into an inside of the housing. The rack member is removably installed to the housing and is movable back and forth with respect to the housing. The gear is removably coupled to the rotation shaft through the insertion hole of the housing and meshes with the rack member. The case has a boss which protrudes into the housing and is received in the inside of the housing. The gear has a non-gear portion which is inserted to the insertion hole, and a flange which is in contact with the bottom surface of the housing.

A cushion member includes a slot in a body first portion first end and a body second portion having a hollow chamber. A first bore extends into the body first portion from the slot. A second bore has a diameter larger than a first bore diameter and substantially equal to a first and second arm spaced width. A surface separates a cavity defined by the second bore from the first bore. The arms initially deflect toward each other during entrance into the first bore and outwardly rebound in the second bore directly contacting the surface. The first and second arms in contact with the surface resist removal of the attachment fastener from the cushion member.
