Abstract: A slide assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a stop member and a friction member. The first rail includes two sidewalls with a connection wall connected therebetween. The second rail is slidably located between the two sidewalls of the first rail. The stop member is fixed to the connection wall and has a stop plate which is perpendicular to the connection wall. The friction member is fixed to the second rail and has an extension portion. The extension portion has a guide face. When the second rail is moved relative to the first rail after the friction member touches the stop plate and overlaps the stop member by the guide face, the friction member is slidably and flexibly in contact with the stop plate.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic door closer including: a main housing having the shape of a cylinder; a damper housing adapted to divide the interior of the main housing into an upper chamber and a lower chamber and having oil charged thereinto and a fixed vane formed at one side of the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a manner as to be projected toward the center thereof; a cover fixedly coupled to the upper periphery of the main housing; an activating shaft having one end extended to the outside through the cover in such a manner as to be rotatably supported and the other end rotatably supported against the bottom surface of the main housing through the damper housing; a rotary vane formed integrally to the outer periphery of the activating shaft so as to divide the interior of the damper housing into first and second chambers, together with the fixed vane; a return spring adapted to provide a returning force of returning the activating shaft to an initial setting position at the time when the door is closed; and damping means adapted to selectively provide a damping function if the activating shaft and the rotary vane are rotated in a closing direction of the door.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an actuator (1), comprising an output member (6); a resilient element (8) connected to said output member (6) so as to urge it in a first direction; and an hydraulic rotation damper (5) with a closed cylinder cavity, a rotational damper shaft which extends into the cylinder cavity, and a piston dividing the cylinder cavity into a first side and a second side. Abstract: A door closer assembly is provided, including a valve regulating an amount of hydraulic fluid that flows through the valve. The amount of hydraulic fluid flowing through the valve controls a force generated by the door closer assembly on a door. A first sensor measures an angular position of the door, and a second sensor measures an angular position of the valve. The angular position of the valve determines the amount of hydraulic fluid flowing through the valve. A controller controls the adjustment of the valve based on the angular position of the door and the angular position of the valve.
