    摘要: A speed sensor for detecting a speed of a magnetizable object. The speed sensor (100) can be supplied with an electric alternating signal with a first frequency by an electric signal source. The speed sensor including: a primary coil for generating a magnetic alternating field with the first frequency; first and second secondary coils. The first and second secondary coils can each be magnetically coupled to the primary coil via a magnetizable object. First and second electric signals induced in the first and second secondary coils respectively by the generated magnetic alternating field; a Goertzel filter bank detects first and second amplitude values of respective spectral components of the induced first and second electric signals in the event of a second frequency which differs from the first frequency. A processor determines the speed of the magnetizable object depending on the detected first amplitude value and the detected second amplitude value.

A first electrical terminal is coupled to the bobbin and disposed in the cavity and a second electrical terminal is coupled to the bobbin and disposed in the cavity. A wire including a wound portion wound about the first region. The wire is conductively coupled to the first terminal and the second terminal to provide an electrically conductive pathway from the first terminal to the second terminal. A magnetizable core is disposed at least partially within the wound portion and a magnet is positioned adjacent the magnetizable core. An overmolded shell defining an exterior surface of the sensor encapsulates at least the first region and the wound portion and contacts at least the wound portion.

    摘要: A position detector with data evaluation circuit has at least one sensor which, in dependence on movement by which the position to be monitored alters, supplies electrical output signals to a circuit arrangement which produces there from a digital signal and puts it into intermediate storage until it is transferred to an evaluation unit. The digital signal reproduces in encoded form the position to be monitored. An energy converter converts a part of the kinetic energy of the movement into electrical energy and an energy storage means stores the electrical energy and provides same for supply to the circuit arrangement. A monitoring circuit outputs a control signal in response to a threatening drop in the supply voltage below a critical limit value. When the control signal occurs the digital signal is written into a non-volatile information storage means, in order thereby to make the position detector independent of an external power supply.

    摘要: In connection with a tachogenerator for rotary drives, in particular for electric motors, it is proposed to provide, in axially layered arrangement and in succession, one driven rotor with axially extending, structured main magnetization, and adjacent thereto at least one coil carrier disk on which flat coils with radially extending main phase windings (spoke-like webs) are seated. For correcting the voltage supplied, mainly as regards the roof curve, one makes use of peripheral base and/or connecting webs which connect the spoke-like webs and which are subjected to special shaping measures and are likewise arranged in the active magnetic area of the magnet rotor. The magnet rotor further carries a cam disk serving, by its special shape, to screen fully or partially, or to release coacting inductive transmitter/receiver heads. For avoiding disturbing influences that may result from axial displacement of the rotor, flat coils are finally provided on both sides of the rotor in successive, overlapping arrangement in the form of a wheel.
