摘要: Systems and methods are described for using data collected by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to generate insurance claim estimates that an insured individual may quickly review, approve, or modify. When an insurance-related event occurs, such as a vehicle collision, crash, or disaster, one or more UAVs are dispatched to the scene of the event to collect various data, including data related to vehicle or real property (insured asset) damage. With the insured's permission or consent, the data collected by the UAVs may then be analyzed to generate an estimated insurance claim for the insured. The estimated insurance claim may be sent to the insured individual, such as to their mobile device via wireless communication or data transmission, for subsequent review and approval. As a result, insurance claim handling and/or the online customer experience may be enhanced.

摘要: A system detects a transaction outcome by obtaining video data associated with a transaction area and analyzing the video data to obtain at least one video transaction parameter concerning transactions associated with the transaction area. The transaction area can be a video count of items indicated in the video data as detected by an automated item detection algorithm applied to the video data. The system obtains at least one expected transaction parameter concerning an expected transaction that occurs in the transaction area, such as a scan count of items scanned at a point of sale terminal. The system automatically compares the video transaction parameter(s) to the expected transaction parameter(s) to identify a transaction outcome that may indicate fraudulent activity such as sweethearting in a retail environment.

摘要: A method for determining respiratory induced blood mass change from a four-dimensional computed tomography (4D CT) includes receiving a 4D CT image set which contains a first three-dimensional computed tomographic image (3D CT) and a second 3D CT image. The method includes executing a deformable image registration (DIR) function on the received 4D CT image set, and determining a displacement vector field indicative of the lung motion induced by patient respiration. The method further includes segmenting the received 3D CT images into a first segmented image and a second segmented. The method includes determining the change in blood mass between the first 3D CT image and the second 3D CT image from the DIR solution, the segmented images, and measured CT densities.
