    摘要: A method of preparing a concrete composition for downhole injection includes utilizing a controller to control a process including circulating process water in a process water supply loop for a predetermined period while monitoring and controlling the temperature and flow rate of the process water, circulating aqueous-based air entrainment solution in an aqueous-based air entrainment solution supply loop for the predetermined period and controlling the flow rate of the aqueous-based air entrainment solution and after the predetermined period of time in which the flow of process water and aqueous-based air entrainment solution have stabilized, simultaneously actuating valves to divert and mix the process water, the aqueous-based air entrainment solution and compressed air to produce an air-entrained foam and mixing the foam with a concrete composition to be deployed downhole.

    摘要: A concrete mixer truck includes: a driving device that drives a mixer drum to rotate; a pressure sensor that detects a pressure of the working fluid in the driving device; a material introduction determination unit that determines whether or not a material for generating the mixed concrete has been introduced into the mixer drum; a pressure determination unit that determines whether or not the pressure of the working fluid detected by the pressure sensor has fallen to a set pressure set in advance in accordance with a carrying amount and a fluidity of the mixed concrete after the introduction of the materials for the mixed concrete into the mixer drum; and a notification device that notifies an operator that the pressure of the working fluid in the driving device has fallen to the set pressure on the basis of the determination made by the pressure determination unit.

    摘要: There is provided a process for producing concrete, comprising: in producing concrete, previously providing at least one premix composition for a concrete mix, which has been measured and prepared by automatic control means according to properties required of the concrete; and kneading and mixing the previously provided premix composition for a concrete mix with cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregates, and water. There is also provided a standardizing system for concrete production, characterized by comprising: measuring constituents of a premix composition for a concrete mix with an automatic control device; mixing these constituents together essentially without through human power to prepare a premix composition for a concrete mix according to properties required of the concrete; storing the premix composition; measuring the mass of a slurry composition of the premix composition with an automatic control device essentially without through human power; and kneading and mixing the slurry composition with cement, coarse aggregate, water, and a chemical admixture. There is further provided a standardizing system for concrete production in a concrete production plant, comprising kneading and mixing the above slurry composition of the premix composition with cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and water in the concrete production plant. Concrete satisfying designed and planned property requirements can be provided in an easy and stable manner.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a system and method for mixing a fluid comprising water and at least one non-aqueous material. The system comprises a mixing tub and mixing head adapted to inject the fluid into the mixing tub. It also includes a plurality of lines connected to the mixing head that supply the mixing head with water and the at least one non-aqueous material and a recirculation circuit that delivers the fluid from the mixing tub back to the mixing head. The system further includes a sensor connected to the recirculation circuit that measures the concentration of water in the fluid. An automatic controller uses the concentration measurement data to control the amount of each of the ingredients injected into the mixing tub.
