摘要: A valve assembly for a fluid pump includes a valve body; an inlet disk movably disposed in the valve body; an outlet disk movably disposed in the valve body; and a valve seat fixed within the valve body. The valve seat includes a first aperture defined axially through the valve seat in a radial central portion thereof, and one or more second apertures disposed at least partly around the first aperture. The inlet disk is biased in a closed position against the valve seat along a first surface thereof, the closed position of the inlet disk covering the one or more second apertures of the valve seat. The outlet disk is biased in a closed position against the valve seat along a second surface thereof.

摘要: An injector (1) for injecting fuel and an additional fluid, is provided in that the injector (1) is designed for optimal space-saving yet exhibiting a simple construction. This construction results in a precise injection of a fuel and an additional fluid into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The arrangement has two solenoid valves, the first valve (2) and the second valve (3). The second solenoid valve (3) has a second nozzle needle (9) which is arranged in the injector (1), and the first nozzle needle (7) of the first solenoid valve (2) and the second nozzle needle (9) of the second solenoid valve (3) are arranged one behind the other on a longitudinal axis (10) of the injector (1). Further, the nozzle needles (7, 9) can be controlled independently of one another.

摘要: A fuel injector assembly in one embodiment includes a nozzle, at least one needle, and at least one actuator. The nozzle includes at least one cavity in fluid communication with nozzle openings. The at least one needle is movably disposed within the at least one cavity, and prevents flow through the nozzle openings in a closed position. The at least one actuator is configured to move the at least one needle within the cavity. The at least one actuator is configured to move the at least one needle to at least a first fuel delivery configuration and a second fuel delivery configuration. A first amount of fuel is delivered through the nozzle openings with the at least one needle in the first fuel delivery configuration, and a second amount of fuel is delivered through the nozzle openings with the at least one needle in the second fuel delivery configuration.

摘要: The present invention provides a fuel injection control apparatus that can suppress variations in fuel injection amounts in a very small fuel injection region. For this purpose, the fuel injection control apparatus includes a fixed injection pulse generator 10 and a drive current interruption unit 31. The fixed injection pulse generator 10 generates a fixed injection pulse having a valve opening timing at which a drive current is supplied to an electromagnetic coil 19 in an electromagnetic fuel injection valve 18 and a first valve closing timing at which the drive current to the electromagnetic coil 19 is interrupted. Within a period in which the fixed injection pulse is generated, the drive current interruption unit 31 determines an electric energy amount of a drive current supplied to the electromagnetic coil in response to a valve opening timing of the fixed injection pulse. When this electric energy amount reaches a preset, predetermined target electrical energy amount, the drive current interruption unit generates a second valve closing timing of the fixed injection pulse different from the first valve closing timing and then interrupts the drive current supplied to the electromagnetic coil before the first valve closing timing.

摘要: An injection control device includes a boost controller performing boost control of a boosted voltage generated by a booster circuit until a boosted voltage, which is generated in a boost capacitor, rises to a full-charge threshold when the boosted voltage falls below a charge start threshold. When, for stopping a peak current by a drive unit, a power interruption controller interrupts electric current supplied to the fuel injection valve by the drive unit as interruption control (i) of an application voltage to a fuel injection valve or (ii) of a constant current by the drive unit, a regeneration unit regenerates electric current generated in the fuel injection valve to the boost capacitor of the booster circuit. The boost controller upward-shifts (i.e., raises) the full-charge threshold of the booster circuit.
