摘要: An energy management system is configured to calculate a percentage of satisfied based on the report data for each of the plurality of buildings; create, for each of the plurality of buildings, a plan for operating each of the air-conditioning facilities based on the percentage of satisfied and a predetermined target percentage of satisfied; calculate a first energy consumption amount based on the first piece of data; calculate a second energy consumption amount based on the second piece of data, the third piece of data, and the fourth piece of data, the second energy consumption amount being obtained when the each of the air-conditioning facilities is operated after a lapse of a predetermined time period; and control, when the first energy consumption amount is larger than the second energy consumption amount, the operation of the each of the air-conditioning facilities so as to achieve the second energy consumption amount.

In addition, the air conditioner may include a controller configured to set a rotational speed of the indoor motor to drive a fan to blow indoor air based on operation modes and a maximum rotational speed of the outdoor motor to drive a fan to blow outdoor air and change a rotational speed of the outdoor motor within a range not exceeding the maximum rotational speed based on indoor environment information and a user-set value.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for performing load reduction optimization. In one aspect, a method includes accessing load reduction parameters for a load reduction event, accessing energy consumption models for multiple systems involved in the load reduction event, and performing, based on the load reduction parameters and the energy consumption models, a plurality of simulations of load reduction events that simulate variations in control parameters used to control the multiple systems. The method also includes optimizing, against a load reduction curve, the load reduction event by iteratively modifying the control parameters used in the plurality of simulations of load reduction events, and outputting the optimal load reduction event with optimized control parameters.

摘要: A device is configured to operate a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The device is further configured to receive a temperature value and determine a load demand value based on the temperature value. The device is further configured to determine the load demand value is greater than the load capacity value for the HVAC system and, in response, identify a first setting from among a first plurality of settings for the HVAC system. By default, access to the first plurality of setting for the HVAC system is restricted for a user. The device is further configured to receive a response approving permission to operate the HVAC system using the first setting to the user and send a trigger signal to an HVAC controller to operate the one or more components of the HVAC system using the first setting.

摘要: A networked HVAC system is implemented as part of a multi-unit dwelling. At least one HVAC unit is installed within each unit of the multi-unit dwelling. Each individual HVAC unit includes a localized HVAC unit controller, which is connected to an external network. The HVAC unit controller also can be connected to any other controllable HVAC devices in the unit, such as an exhaust fan. The HVAC system addresses the open-loop issue by monitoring temperature, air flow, humidity, air pressure, occupancy, window open/close state, and HVAC units of all units in a multi-unit dwelling, as well as common areas, and optimizing operating parameters to minimize wide swings in operational states and managing the overall system of multiple units/common areas so that energy usage and temperature/ventilation control is optimized. The HVAC system also enables learning and predictive modeling for adapting to real-time and anticipated condition requirements within each zone.

摘要: An air conditioning system includes a first air conditioning device installed in a predetermined space, and a second air conditioning device installed in the predetermined space. The first air conditioning device is configured to change an air state in the predetermined space in accordance with a direction inputted by voice to an input-output device that is voice operable. The second air conditioning device is configured to change the air state in the predetermined space in accordance with the direction inputted by voice to the input-output device. Upon acquisition of direction information indicating the direction not specifying a device, the air conditioning system performs processing in response to the direction with use of an air conditioning device selected from the first air conditioning device and the second air conditioning device in accordance with a predetermined condition set in advance.
