摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a molding method capable of molding a molded article having excellent strength and reducing manufacturing costs by shortening a molding cycle when obtaining a molded article from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin by compression molding. The present invention relates to a molding method which obtains a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin by kneading a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing fiber (14), and a molded article from the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin by compression molding. The molding method of the molded article comprising the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin according to the present invention comprises: a molding step for obtaining a first molded article from a predetermined amount of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin through a molding die (4); a carrying-in step for opening the molding die (4), taking out the first molded article, and inserting the first molded article into a cooling die (5); and a compression cooling step for cooling the first molded article by compressing the first molded article through the cooling die (5).

摘要: A method and an apparatus for forming annular doses provides a flow of plasticised material supplied by an extruder which passes through a channel that is first cylindrical and then annular. The material exits from an annular outlet in front of which a cutting element passes that separates an annular dose of material. The dose is deposited on a surface of a capsule having a capacity to adhere to the dose that is greater than the cutting element. The surface and the cutting element are distanced from one another in such a manner that the annular dose remaining adhering to the capsule is detached from the element. Detachment can be promoted by a flow of air.

摘要: The present invention discloses a silencer for automobile. The silencer is formed by press molding. The silencer has a first molded surface and a second molded surface which are opposite to each other in a thickness direction. The silencer at least includes a first fiber layer on which the first molded surface is formed and a second fiber layer integrated with an opposite surface to the first molded surface, the opposite surface being on the first fiber layer. Fibers of the second fiber layer exist partly on the opposite surface on the first fiber layer.

The tooling device includes a molding tool having a molding part, a receptacle, an opening and closing device, and at least one covering device having a covering surface and guide arrangement. The molding part and the receptacle are movable relative to each other between a closed and an open position. Relative movement between the molding part and the receptacle to the closed position is transmitted to the covering device to move it from an exposed position, in which the covering surface is spaced from an inner surface of the molding part, to a covered position, in which the covering surface covers a covered section of molding part's inner surface.

摘要: A method of forming a fiber-reinforced molding compound. The method includes establishing a melt stream of a source material including a first polymeric material having a first melt temperature in an extruder and dosing a composite material into the melt stream. The composite material includes pre-impregnated reinforcing fibers comprising reinforcing filaments and a second polymeric material having a second melt temperature greater than the first melt temperature. The composite material has at least 30% of the reinforcing filaments protected by the polymeric material such that the polymeric material surrounds each filament completely forming a barrier between it and an adjacent filament in the at least 30% of the filaments. The temperature of the melt stream at dosing is below the second melt temperature. The method includes forming a molding compound from the source and composite materials. The method includes dispensing the molding compound to produce a part.
