摘要: In some examples, a gas/air mixing device configured to mix gas and air to provide a gas/air mixture includes a mixer housing with a mounting flange being configured to mount the gas/air mixing device to a fan housing in such a way that a sealing surface of the mounting flange is in contact with a sealing surface of the fan housing. In some examples, the sealing surface of the mounting flange has grooves with a second radius being different from the first radius. In some examples, the sealing surface of the fan housing has a groove, with a second radius being different from the first radius. The mixer housing provides an inlet opening for air, an inlet opening for gas, and an outlet opening for the gas/air mixture. The sealing surface of the mounting flange surrounds the outlet opening of the mixer housing.

A heat exchanger warms the air prior to discharge via the warm air outlet. A gas burner burns an air-gas mixture to thereby warm the heat exchanger. A fan mixes the air-gas mixture and forces the air-gas mixture into the gas burner. The fan has a plurality of blades having sinusoidal-modulated blade spacing.

摘要: A burner capable of burning crude or other heavy oil. A combustion chamber is surrounded by a wall of thermal insulation. An air-fuel injector pipe extends through the wall and opens into the combustion chamber. An oil supply pipe extends along the interior of the air fuel injector pipe to an inner open end that is proximate the inner end of the air-fuel injector pipe. A venturi insert is fixed within the air-fuel injector pipe and has an orifice positioned outward of the open inner end of the oil supply pipe. A combustion air supply including a blower and a recuperator transfers heat from outgoing combusted exhaust gases to incoming combustion-supporting air being blown through the recuperator and the air fuel injector pipe into the combustion chamber.

摘要: A gas furnace according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a mixer for mixing air and a fuel gas, which are introduced through an intake pipe and a manifold, respectively, to form a mixture; a mixing pipe through which the mixture, having passed through the mixer, flows; a burner assembly for producing a combustion gas by burning the mixture having passed through the mixing pipe; a heat exchanger through which the combustion gas flows; an exhaust pipe through which an exhaust gas, as the combustion gas having passed through the heat exchanger, is discharged outside of the gas furnace; and an inducer for inducing a flow of a fluid through the intake pipe, the mixer, the mixing pipe, the burner assembly, the heat exchanger, and the exhaust pipe. In this case, the mixer has a front end connected to the intake pipe, a rear end connected to the mixing pipe, and a side surface connected to the manifold.

摘要: A turbocharged burner has a burning unit and a turbocharger. The burning unit is installed with a fuel bucket for storing fuel and a burning chamber having a tubular shape, and interior of the burning chamber is installed with at least one nozzle. At least one fuel tube coupled to the fuel bucket is disposed at each nozzle, and the turbocharger is coupled to the burning chamber. Under the reaction of the turbocharger, the gas fluid of the burning chamber is increased, a flowing speed and a flowing flux of the gas fluid are increased, and thus the burning further entirely achieves the objective of increasing fuel burning efficiency.
