摘要: Provided is a cyclonic plasma melting furnace. A melting furnace chamber body includes an inlet through which waste is input and an outlet through which air or gas is discharged. The outlet is provided in a direction opposite to the inlet. At least one plasma torch is provided on the melting furnace chamber body so as to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to a direction in which the air or the gas is discharged through the outlet.

摘要: Disclosed are an oxygen-enriched acid gas incinerator burner. A refractory lining is arranged on an inner wall of a housing. A rear part of an inner cavity of the housing is connected to a throat opening. A pure oxygen spray gun, an acid gas spray gun, and a fuel gas spray gun are arranged in a pipe-in-pipe structure from outside to inside. A rear part of the pure oxygen spray gun is fixed within the inner cavity. A front part of the acid gas spray gun is fixed through a flange at an outer end of the pure oxygen spray gun. A front part of the fuel gas spray gun is fixed through a flange at an outer end of the acid gas spray gun. A combustion-supporting air inlet is formed on the housing, and a lower part thereof is communicated with a gas collection chamber.

摘要: A vacuum pump includes a vacuum pump having a discharge port to which an abatement part for treating an exhaust gas discharged from the vacuum pump to make the exhaust gas harmless is attached. The vacuum pump includes a cylindrical member having an exhaust gas introduction port for introducing the exhaust gas to be treated and a gas outlet port for discharging gases which have been treated, a plurality of fuel nozzles provided at a circumferential wall of the cylindrical member for ejecting a fuel, and a plurality of air nozzles provided at the circumferential wall of the cylindrical member for ejecting air so as to form a swirling flow of air along an inner circumferential surface of the circumferential wall. The air nozzles are disposed at a plurality of stages spaced in an axial direction of the cylindrical member.

摘要: An incinerator for burning waste material includes a horizontally extended combustion chamber through which a mixture of waste material and air is introduced under pressure tangentially for establishing a vortical movement of the waste material toward one of the end walls. The waste material is ignited during its vortical movement. A second discharge port extends for discharging from the chamber non-combustible material entrained in the outer region of the vortex. The discharged material is conveyed through a conduit to a separator which separates the discharged gases and solid material. A baffle is mounted on the flue adjacent its open end for deflecting outwardly toward the side wall solid material which moves from adjacent the one end wall toward the open end of the flue. Additionally, control means are provided for the use of specialized sensors to monitor the temperature, air flow and volume of the chamber.

摘要: Incinerators are used to burn off waste gases in order to make them less harmful when released to the atmosphere. A cyclonic incinerator (10) includes a cylindrical outer burn chamber (12) having a defining wall (14), a central axis (16), a first end (18), a second end (20), and a forced air opening (22) extending through the wall between the first end and the second end. A forced air manifold (23) is provided which is adapted to direct forced air into the forced air opening of the outer burn chamber to create a cyclonic air flow about the central axis of the outer burn chamber. A cylindrical inner burn chamber (24) is concentrically disposed within the outer burn chamber. The inner burn chamber has a defining wall, a first end and a second end. The first end of the inner burn chamber has an exhaust gas opening. The second end of the inner burn chamber is in communication with the outer burn chamber. A gas mlet (34) is positioned at the first end of the outer burn chamber. An ignition source (36) is provided which is adapted to ignite gas passing into the outer burn chamber through the gas mlet. The ignited gas continuously travels in the direction of the forced air from the first end of the outer burn chamber to the second end of the outer burn chamber, and from the second end of the inner burn chamber to the exhaust gas opening at the first end of the inner burn chamber. One use of such an incinerator is to be transported to a site where gas, such as waste from a well, is to be flared, and connecting it to the source of gas for combustion

摘要: The combustor for solid particulate fuels is particularly well suited for burning shelled corn, but is also capable of burning other solid particulate fuels as desired, with no modification required for their use. The combustor includes a rotary agitator extending across the combustor chamber or “burning pot,” with the agitator having a plurality of radial arms. Combustion air passes through the hollow agitator shaft outwardly through the hollow arms, the arms distributing combustion air into the fuel mass as the arms rotate therethrough to produce more efficient combustion of the fuel and thereby reduce coagulation of partially burned corn on the internal surfaces of the combustor. The opposed walls of the combustor include at least one pivotally mounted wall, with the angle of that wall being adjustable to adjust the ash dispersal gap between the pivoting wall and the opposite wall.

摘要: A combustion type waste gas treatment system capable of oxidatively decomposing a hazardous combustible waste gas while heating efficiently with a structure which allows the waste gas to mix with an auxiliary burning gas efficiently without the occurrence of backfire in a waste gas inlet pipe. The combustion type waste gas treatment system has a burner part and a combustion chamber. Combustion flames are formed to extend from the burner part toward the combustion chamber, and a combustible waste gas is introduced into the combustion flames from waste gas inlet pipes thereby oxidatively decomposing the waste gas. A flow velocity accelerating device makes the flow velocity of the combustible waste gas flowing through the waste gas inlet pipe higher than the burning velocity of the combustible waste gas.
