摘要: Provided are a driving circuit and driving method of a display panel and a display device. A drive voltage signal converted from an Nth-row data of current-frame data is inverted into an Nth-row data of previous-frame data relative to next-frame data and the Nth-row data of previous-frame data relative to next-frame data is cached, so that the Nth-row data of previous-frame data can be cached without using a double-data-rate synchronous dynamic random access memory.

摘要: A small semiconductor device is provided. The semiconductor device includes a register, switches, a memory circuit, a controller, and a display. An output terminal of the register is electrically connected to two or more of the switches. The switches are electrically connected to the memory circuit. The register has a function of retaining data corresponding to a parameter used when the controller operates. The switches have a function of selecting the memory circuit to which the data retained in the register is to be output. The memory circuit has a function of retaining the data output from the register. The controller has a function of reading the data retained in the memory circuit to control operation of the display.

摘要: In a method of processing images and an apparatus of the present disclosure, a mobile terminal obtains a storage file of a target image, where the storage file includes a plurality of file blocks and precision information of an image display system that is suitable for the file blocks. The mobile terminal obtains reference precision of the image display system for determining that at least one file block is suitable for the reference precision in the storage file. The mobile terminal further displays the target image according to the at least one determined file block.

摘要: An electronic device may include a display panel and an image data source designed to determine a differing region in the image frame by comparing source image data and image data corresponding with a previous image frame. The electronic device may also include a display pipeline between the image data source and the display panel. The display pipeline may include image processing circuitry to convert image data from a source space to a display space and image processing circuitry to spatially process the image data. The display pipeline may determine a crop region by converting the differing region to the display space and determine a partial frame region, based on the image data to be spatially processed, by the image processing circuitry. The display pipeline may also determine and retrieve a fetch region smaller than the image frame by converting the partial frame region to the source space.

摘要: A data processing system includes a graphics display component for creating an image to be displayed. The graphics display component includes: a display controller unit, DCU, a blend manager; and a processing unit. The blend manager is configured to: determine whether a capability of the DCU to simultaneously blend a number of surfaces of an image to be displayed is exceeded; and, in response to the DCU blending capability being exceeded: allocate a first portion of the surfaces to be blended to the DCU up to the determined DCU capability; and allocate a second portion of excess surfaces beyond the DCU blending capability to be blended to the processor unit. The processing unit blends the second portion of excess surfaces and the DCU blends the first portion of the surfaces together with the resulting blend from the processing unit, and or the DCU generates composite data for displaying the image.

摘要: One embodiment of the present invention sets forth a graphics processing system. The graphics processing system includes a screen-space pipeline and a tiling unit. The screen-space pipeline is configured to perform visibility testing and fragment shading. The tiling unit is configured to determine that a first set of primitives overlaps a first cache tile. The tiling unit is also configured to first transmit the first set of primitives to the screen-space pipeline with a command configured to cause the screen-space pipeline to process the first set of primitives in a z-only mode, and then transmit the first set of primitives to the screen-space pipeline with a command configured to cause the screen-space pipeline to process the first set of primitives in a normal mode. In the z-only mode, at least some fragment shading operations are disabled in the screen-space pipeline. In the normal mode, fragment shading operations are enabled.
