摘要: A method for connecting a flexible printed circuit (FPC) to a battery module and a cell supervision circuit board (CSCB) is provided. The method includes: providing a coil of a continuous, strip-shaped FPC; unwinding a first section of the FPC from the coil, positioning the first section of the FPC over a first contact portion of the battery module, and welding a conductive structure of the FPC in the first section to the first contact portion of the battery module; unwinding a second section of the FPC from the coil, positioning the second section of the FPC over a contact pad of the CSCB, and welding the conductive structure of the FPC in the second section to the contact pad of the CSCB; and separating the first section and second section of the FPC from the coil of the FPC.

摘要: A battery module and a method of manufacturing a battery module are provided. The battery module includes a plurality of current collectors configured to electrically connect battery cells of the battery module together, and a flex circuit. The battery module is configured to have a number of electrical connections between the plurality of current collectors and the flex circuit. The flex circuit comprises a number of connection terminals, each capable of being electrically coupled to a current collector of the plurality of current collectors. The number of connection terminals is greater than the number of electrical connections. The electrical connections are made between the plurality of current collectors and a subset of the connection terminals of the flex circuit.

摘要: A hand holdable light comprises: a light body having a forward portion, a rearward portion, and a central portion between the forward portion and to the rearward portion; a light source proximate a forward end; and a switch for energizing the light source. The rearward portion has a non-circular cross-section; the switch is on the forward portion; and the central portion has a recess opposite the switch. The light is holdable by a hand with a finger or thumb proximate the recess and the other of a finger or thumb proximate the switch. A battery assembly comprises: a battery housing for receiving and connecting a battery; an electrical switch on a first end of the battery housing; and a pattern of electrical contacts on a second end of the battery housing, wherein ones of the electrical contacts are connected to the battery.

摘要: A system for battery pack thermal management, wherein the battery pack comprising a cell stack comprising battery cells arranged in the cell stack, wherein the system comprising a cooling element arranged on a top face of the battery cells and comprising a first heat exchange surface and second heat exchange surface, wherein the cooling element comprising at least one extension arranged on the first exchange surface; the first heat exchange surface is configured to be in thermal contact with battery cell busbars and heat producing hotspot areas of a battery cell casing, the second heat exchange surface is configured to be in thermal contact with electrical circuit components of the battery pack, and thermal energy is configured to be conducted from the battery cell busbars, heat producing hotspot areas, and electrical circuit components to the cooling element. Also a battery pack and a method are disclosed.

摘要: The disclosure provides an electric energy storage device which includes four energy units with a substantially same voltage value. Each energy unit is provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The electric energy storage device comprises a socket with eight independently arranged electrode terminals that are connected with the four energy units. The disclosure also provides an electric tool system using the electric energy storage device. The electric tool is provided with plugs that may be connected with the four energy units in different states, allowing the electric energy storage device to output multiple voltages.

The flexible board includes a board body section fixed to the case body, and an extra section extending from the board body section and having an end that is connected to the connector. The extra section moves according to expansion and retraction of the connection portion.
