    Abstract: A pixel circuit of a display panel includes a light emitting device, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor, a sixth transistor and a first capacitor. The first transistor includes a drain terminal, a source terminal and a gate terminal. The second transistor is coupled to a data input terminal of the pixel circuit. The third transistor is coupled to the second transistor. The fourth transistor is coupled between the second transistor and the light emitting device. The fifth transistor is coupled between the drain terminal of the first transistor and the gate terminal of the first transistor. The sixth transistor is coupled between the second transistor and the drain terminal of the first transistor.     Abstract: A display apparatus and an fingerprint sensing method thereof are provided. A display panel of the display apparatus has a pixel circuit array, an in-display touch sensor array, and an in-display fingerprint sensor array. A driving circuit drives the in-display fingerprint sensor array to read a fingerprint image. A current display frame period is divided into a plurality of unit periods, each of the unit periods includes at least one fingerprint sensing period and one or both of a display driving period and a touch sensing period. The driving circuit resets a current fingerprint sensor in the in-display fingerprint sensor array during a first fingerprint sensing period among these fingerprint sensing periods of the first display frame period. The driving circuit reads a sensing result of the current fingerprint sensor during a second fingerprint sensing period succeeding to the first fingerprint sensing period.

    Abstract: A display driver and a charge recycling method are provided. The display driver includes a charging and discharging circuit and a control circuit. A first terminal of the charging and discharging circuit is coupled to at least one of the scan lines, and a second terminal of the charging and discharging circuit is coupled to at least one of the data lines. The control circuit is coupled to a first control terminal and a second control terminal of the charging and discharging circuit. The charging and discharging circuit receives a first current generated by discharging the at least one of the scan lines to charge the capacitor based on a first control signal. The charging and discharging circuit discharges the capacitor to generate a second current for charging the at least one of the data lines based on a second control signal.

    Abstract: A device and method for blending image data and the alpha channel and reconstructing to obtain the image again after transmission. An encoder blends the alpha channel and the red-green-blue (RGB) image data through a layer blending method that is supported by the general application processor (AP). Transporter image data, such as a checkerboard pattern, is blended with 1-alpha channel data to obtain a transporter. The blended image data (RGB+alpha) is mixed with the transporter to obtain mixed image data. The mixed image data is then transmitted through the existing transmission interface. After receiving the mixed image data, reconstruction processing is performed by a decoder to obtain the original RGB image data and the alpha channel again.

    Abstract: In an on-screen display (OSD) image processing method for generating an interpolated frame with interpolated blocks, motion compensation is performed to generate motion compensation (MC) data according to a first motion vector referring to a previous frame and a second motion vector referring to a current frame. Zero-motion data are generated according to a zero-motion vector referring to the previous frame and the current frame. The MC data of a first weight and the zero-motion data of a second weight are blended to generate each interpolated block as a processed block. When the number of pixels having OSD data in the processed block is less than a first positive threshold and larger than a second positive threshold, the processed block is determined as an extended OSD block and the second weight of the extended OSD block is less than that of an OSD block.
