Abstract:
Trolley for a slidable cantilever gate comprising two L-shaped plates, each provided with a load-bearing wall and a base wall which is extended without interruption from the load-bearing wall by means of a substantially orthogonal fold. The load-bearing walls are rigidly connected by means of screws or rivets with the two base walls oriented in opposite directions so as to form a support base on ground. Each load-bearing wall is provided with two first through openings aligned with respective corresponding first openings of the other load-bearing wall so to jointly define two first seats adapted to house first rotatable support means for two pairs of support wheels; and with a second through opening aligned with that corresponding on the other load-bearing wall so to jointly define a second seat for receiving a guide wheel, rotatably supported by second rotatably support means. The load-bearing walls, moreover, are each provided with a first shape with concavity facing that of the other load-bearing wall in order to jointly define a first housing adapted to receive a fixing screw of the pin of the guide wheel, and a second shape with concavity facing that of the other load-bearing wall in order to jointly define a second housing, which communicates with a vertical guide defined in one of the first seats, and houses adjustment means operating on a slide which bears, pivoted, a pair of adjustable wheels, in order to adjust its vertical height.
Abstract:
A pivoting sliding door for vehicles, particularly rail vehicles or lift cabins. The pivoting sliding door includes a vehicle body, at least one door wing which, in a closed position is arranged within the vehicle body and which, in an opened position is arranged in front of and on an exterior side of the vehicle body. Further included is at least one driving device, at least two transverse guiding devices and at least one longitudinal guiding device to permit a transverse movement of the at least one door wing to and along the vehicle body. The at least one longitudinal guiding device is moved by the at least two transverse guiding devices, and the at least one door wing is locked by a pivoting part that engages in one of the at least two transverse guiding devices.
Abstract:
Apparatus for use in mounting a movable door leaf on an overhead track includes a door leaf mounted assembly having a hanging member and a mounting bracket, and a carriage assembly having a support bracket and a moving mechanism. The support bracket has a side opening forming a channel for the hanging member to pass through and a slot extending downwardly therefrom the channel in relatively smaller depth and width comparatively to the channel. The channel includes a first portion connected to the slot and, and a second portion partially connected to the slot with larger depth comparatively to the first portion. A shoulder is formed between the first and second portions. The hanging member passes through the channel to rest against at an end adjacent to the second portion, and the top part of the hanging member vertically hangs down to rest against the shoulder and the support bracket.
Abstract:
There is provided a doorframe comprising a frame having a first pressing leg with a first pressing surface, a second pressing leg with a second pressing surface facing the first pressing surface and a connecting portion connecting the first pressing leg and the second pressing leg adjacent their upper ends. A portion of a door panel is received between and supported by the first pressing leg and the second pressing leg. The frame is made through extrusion molding. The doorframe is also provided with a friction member disposed between the door panel and at least one of the pressing surfaces.
Abstract:
A vehicle door includes a door body, a window panel, a window regulator rail and a lifter plate. The door body defines a window opening and a window panel is slidably supported in the door body. The window regulator rail is mounted to the vehicle frame and the lifter plate is slidably coupled to the window regulator rail for up and down sliding movement along the window regulator rail. The lifter plate includes a window glass support portion supporting a lower edge of a window panel and a water deflecting structure that is configured and arranged to deflect water running down the window panel away from the window regulator rail.
Abstract:
A brake assembly for locking a vertical or horizontal slidable sash window or door within a track of a frame is disclosed. The track has an elongated base and a pair of spaced apart, opposed sidewalls extending perpendicular from the base. Each sidewall has an inner shoulder spaced from and parallel to the base. The assembly has a slider body having a central opening extending from a front face of the body to a rear face of the body. The slider body has a side opening in each side of the slider body and being in communication with the central opening. A pair of brake members are provided wherein one brake member is slidably positioned within a respective one of the side openings. A cam has a rear face and a front face, and is adapted to receive a pivot member mounted on either the sash window or door. The cam is positioned in the central opening and is adapted to be rotatable within the opening by the pivot member. The cam, slider body and brake members include cooperative structure for converting rotary motion of the cam into radial movement of the brake members through the side openings and axial movement of the cam and slider body to lock the brake assembly within the track.
Abstract:
A pocket door trolley assembly for a pocket door system comprises a front and a rear trolley assembly each including a carrier unit and each having a plurality of rollers secured thereto. The front and the rear trolley assembly being configured to move within a track secured on a support surface. The front and rear trolley assemblies each have a scissor assembly secured to the carrier unit. A screw shaft assembly for adjustment and positioning of the pocket door is secured to the front trolley assembly and to the rear trolley assembly. The screw shaft assembly having two screw blocks secured thereto each screw block being connected to a hanger stud. One or more hanger plates are positioned on a top edge of the door hanger and have an aperture therein for receiving and securing a hanger stud therein.
Abstract:
A sliding panel for use in an architectural opening is connected either at its top edge or bottom edge to a carrier that supports the panel with a magnetic system that includes a magnet and a ferrous member. The magnet is positioned on either the carrier or the panel and the ferrous member is on the other of the carrier or the panel with the magnet attracting the ferrous member to connect the panel to the carrier.
Abstract:
A lock latch mechanism disposed within a powered locking device of a transit vehicle door system for maintaining a lock lever in an unlock position without the aid of the lock actuator. The lock latch mechanism includes a lock latch lever biased for engagement with an unlock cam through the use of a bias spring. The lock latch mechanism further includes a reset lever assembly engaging such lock latch lever during the door closing motion to allow movement of the lock lever form such unlocking position into such locking position to maintain at least one door of the transit vehicle in the fully closed and lock position. A manual release lever is provided to move the lock lever from such locking position into such unlocking position enabling the lock latch mechanism to maintain the lock lever in such unlocked position.
