Abstract: According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a substrate; a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements provided to the substrate; a plurality of transistors provided corresponding to each of the photoelectric conversion elements; and a plurality of scan lines that extend in a first direction. A plurality of detection elements each include the photoelectric conversion element and the transistors provided so as to overlap the photoelectric conversion element. The detection elements include a first detection element and a second detection element adjacent in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and one of the scan lines is provided between the first detection element and the second detection element and is coupled to the first detection element and the second detection element.

Abstract: A sensor device includes a capacitive touch panel including a plurality of electrodes, an input device configured such that a resonance circuit including a first conductor and a second conductor is covered with a non-conductor, and a sensor controller. The first conductor and the second conductor are capacitively coupled to at least one of a plurality of electrodes in the touch panel when the input device is disposed on the touch panel or when the input device disposed on the touch panel is operated. The sensor controller is configured to detect positions of the first conductor and the second conductor on the touch panel by applying a voltage to the plurality of electrodes in the touch panel based on a resonance frequency of the resonance circuit.

Abstract: A display system includes: a transmissive liquid crystal display panel; a light control panel having an active area with a light control area; a temperature detector provided in the liquid crystal display panel and having a detection area with a resistive element; a backlight; and a controller. A display area of the liquid crystal display panel, the active area, and the detection area overlap on an optical path of a projection light. The light control panel is disposed at such an angle that, when the light control area is in a light reflection state, the light control panel reflects external light to a position out of the optical path and different from a position of the liquid crystal display panel. The controller causes the light control area to reflect light when an output indicating that the resistive element has a predetermined temperature or higher is obtained.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, and an electrostatic capacitive type touch panel which is formed in an overlapping manner with the display panel. A plurality of X electrodes and a plurality of Y electrodes intersecting with the X electrodes. A first signal line supplies signals to the X electrodes, a second signal line supplies signals to the Y electrodes, and the first signal line and the second signal line are formed on a flexible printed circuit board. A dummy electrode is formed adjacent to an electrode portion of each X electrode and electrode portion of each Y electrode, the dummy electrode does not overlap the X electrode and the Y electrode, and the dummy electrode does not electrically connect with the first and second signal lines.
