摘要: Apparatus and methods for managing HUD power in vehicle head up displays are disclosed. State indications are stored. Based on the state indications a determination is made as to whether a HUD power control condition is met. If a HUD power control condition is met a corresponding HUD power control action is determined. A set of HUD power control commands corresponding to the HUD power control action is sent to the HUD to control the HUD to take the power control action.

摘要: A system and a method for calibrating a wake-up sequence for a user includes determining that the user is asleep based upon sensor data, activating one or more stimulus mechanisms for a set period of time in a test wake-up sequence upon occurrence of a wake-up condition, determining an elapsed time within the set period of time of the one or more stimulus mechanisms being activated in the test wake-up sequence at which the user wakes from sleep based on additional sensor data, comparing the elapsed time to a threshold time indicative of a sufficient wake-up time, and determining a calibrated wake-up sequence including the one or more stimulus mechanisms having elapsed times below the threshold time.

摘要: A method for controlling brake pressure during a shift of a vehicle out of park may include determining that a first status condition is met when the vehicle is in park with an electric parking brake applied, determining that a second status condition is met when the vehicle is not moving, responsive to detecting a shift of the vehicle out of park when the first and second status conditions are both met, directing a build-up of brake pressure until a brake pressure target is reached, and holding the brake pressure at the brake pressure target until a release condition is met.

摘要: A vehicle air control system includes a vehicle body that defines an interior. A first particulate matter sensor is coupled to an exterior of the vehicle body. A second particulate matter sensor is disposed within the interior of the vehicle body. A temperature sensor is coupled to the exterior of the vehicle body. A vehicle speed sensor is coupled to the vehicle body. A heat, ventilation, and air condition (HVAC) system is disposed within the interior of the vehicle body. The HVAC system includes an inlet door rotatable between a first position, a second position, and a third position therebetween. A controller is configured to receive a signal from at least one of the first and second particulate matter sensors, the temperature sensors, and the vehicle speed sensor. The controller is configured to rotate the inlet door in response to the signal.

The method further includes identifying at least one body segment of a user based on the point cloud. The method further includes determining, via processing circuitry in communication with the time-of-flight sensor, a position of at least one feature of the at least one body segment. The method further includes calculating an orientation of the at least one body segment based on the at least one feature. The method further includes estimating an intended task of the user based on the orientation of the at least one body segment. The method further includes generating, via the processing circuitry, a response signal in response to estimation of the intended task.

摘要: A system for monitoring one or more events in a vehicle includes a time-of-flight sensor configured to generate a point cloud representing an interior of the vehicle. The point cloud includes three-dimensional positional information of the interior. A camera is configured to capture image data representing the interior of the vehicle. The processing circuitry is configured to process the image data from the camera in a first operational mode, process the point cloud from the time-of-flight sensor in a second operational mode, detect, based on either of the image data or the point cloud, an occupant of the vehicle, detect an indication from the occupant to disable the first operational mode, and selectively operate between the first and second operational modes based on at least one of the image data and the indication.
