摘要: The disclosure provides a vehicle control device and method for controlling a vehicle. The vehicle control device includes a gear shift member, having a parking brake keeping a vehicle in a stationary state, a drive gear keeping driving the vehicle, and a park gear keeping the vehicle in a parked state; a control switch configured to be able to control the parking brake and shift to the park gear; a control member performing following controls when the vehicle is in the parked state: when the control switch is operated for a period of time shorter than a prescribed time, the control member shifts to the park gear and executes linked parking that links an operation of the parking brake, and during the execution of the linked parking, when the control switch is operated for a period of time longer than the prescribed time, the control member releases the parking brake.

摘要: An agricultural sprayer includes a purge tank, a nozzle configured to dispense an agricultural fluid onto an underlying field, and a downstream valve configured to selectively permit the air from the main fluid conduit to flow to the nozzle. A computing system is configured to initiate a purging operation to purge the agricultural fluid present within the nozzle and, upon receipt of the input, control an operation of a main valve such that the main valve is moved to an opened position to allow the air to flow through a main fluid conduit. In addition, the computing system is configured to monitor a first air pressure associated with the purge tank and a second air pressure associated with the nozzle. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the downstream valve during the purging operation based on the monitored first and second air pressures.

摘要: A vehicle control device and method includes: a gear shift member having a parking brake, a drive gear, and a park gear; a hydraulic brake decelerating the vehicle; a vehicle speed detection member; a control switch, which, when pressed, simultaneously activating the parking brake and the park gear; a control member. When the control member determines the vehicle speed exceeds a first threshold during an operation of the control switch, the vehicle remains in a drive gear state, and the hydraulic brake is activated to decelerate the vehicle; when the control member determines the vehicle speed is lower than the first threshold, the vehicle stays in the drive gear state, and the parking brake is activated. When the vehicle speed changes from the first to a second threshold, the hydraulic brake stops operating, the gear shift member shifts to the park gear, and the parking brake is maintained.

摘要: Provided is a control apparatus for vehicle that improves operability for a driver. A control apparatus for vehicle switches the vehicle to a freewheeling mode in which power generated by an engine is not transmitted to drive shafts. The control apparatus for vehicle includes: a motor; a battery; friction brake equipment that generates frictional braking force on the vehicle; a temperature sensor that acquires temperature of the friction brake equipment; and a determiner that assesses the temperature of the friction brake equipment acquired by the temperature sensor. The friction brake equipment generates the friction braking force when the battery is fully charged. The freewheeling mode is deactivated in a case where the temperature of the friction brake equipment exceeds a predetermined temperature while the battery is fully charged and the vehicle is in the freewheeling mode.

The processor makes the involvement requirement less strict when autonomous driving control of the vehicle is based on the second map than when autonomous driving control of the vehicle is based on the first map.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for clutch start control of an internal combustion engine, ICE, in a vehicle is described. When the vehicle is travelling on a road with the ICE being shut off, topographic data representative of the topography of an upcoming road segment is acquired. A driving scenario for at least a part of the upcoming road segment is predicted based on the acquired topographic data. A gear is selected based on the predicted driving scenario. The ICE is started on the selected gear before or when the vehicle reaches said part of the road segment.
