摘要: Provided are a method of driving a liquid crystal panel which prevents unintended digital image data from being displayed on a liquid crystal panel when power is provided or interrupted, and a source driver and a liquid crystal display apparatus. The source driver includes output buffers; output pads; and a switching unit which is disposed between the output buffers and the output pads and controls an electrical connection state of the output pads. If a level up or a level down of a power voltage occurs, the switching unit prevents output signals of the output buffers from being transmitted to the liquid crystal panel via corresponding output pads and performs at least one of a charge sharing operation for connecting the output pads to each other and a discharging operation for providing a discharge path from the output pads to a ground terminal, in a preset period.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for recovering methane gas by adding a gas mixture containing N2 and CO2 gases to natural gas hydrate and reacting them. The method for recovering methane gas from natural gas hydrate of the present invention comprises the step of replacing CH4 gas in natural gas hydrate with a gas mixture containing N2 and CO2 gases by adding the gas mixture to the natural gas hydrate. The method for recovering methane gas of the invention assures a recovery rate of CH4 gas much higher than prior art method without dissociating natural gas hydrate layer and utilization of flue gas as a gas mixture containing N2 and CO2 gases, which makes possible its practical application for the production of natural gas in terms of economy and environmental protection.

摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for estimating a state of charge (SOC) in a battery, in which the battery SOC is estimated using a fusion type soft computing algorithm, thereby accurately estimating the battery SOC in a high C-rate environment. The apparatus includes a detector unit for detecting current, voltage and temperature of a battery cell; and soft computing unit for outputting a battery SOC estimation value of processing the current, the voltage and the temperature detected by the detector unit using a radial function based on a neural network algorithm. Especially, the soft computing unit combines the neural network algorithm with any one of a fuzzy algorithm, a genetic algorithm (GA), a cellular automata (CA) algorithm, an immune system algorithm, and a rough-set algorithm, and thereby adaptively updates the parameters of the neural network algorithm.

摘要: Disclosed is a cell balancing apparatus and method using a voltage variation pattern of a battery cell, which measures voltage of each cell, estimates OCV or SOC of each cell using a voltage variation pattern of each cell including a present voltage and a past voltage, and eliminates a deviation in OCV or SOC between the cells through comparison of the estimated OCV or SOC of each cell. In estimating the OCV of each cell, an output voltage error due to IR drop is corrected. Thus, SOC of each cell may be accurately estimated. And, an accurate estimation of SOC may render substantial elimination for a SOC deviation of each cell. Furthermore, SOC estimating using an output voltage leads to an active cell balancing even during charge and discharge of battery, thereby minimizing an SOC deviation of each cell.
