Abstract:
The present invention relates to a copper alloy having particular benefits for electronic parts and a method for making the same. The alloy having the composition of 0.05 wt % of Fe, 0.025˜0.15 wt % P, 0.01˜0.25 wt % Cr, 0.01˜0.15 wt %, Si 0.01˜0.25 wt % Mg, and the balance of Cu and minor impurities. The method of making the copper alloy includes: forming the molten alloy, casting to obtain an ingot, hot rolling the ingot at 850˜1,000° C., cooling, cold rolling the hot rolled product (after cooling the same), annealing the cold rolled product at 400˜600° C. for 1˜10 hours, intermediate rolling the annealed product with a reduction ratio of 30˜70%, heat treating the intermediate rolled product at 500˜800° C. for 30˜600 seconds, and finishing rolling the heat treated product with a reduction ratio of 20˜40%.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus capable of reducing a metadata processing time associated with address mapping performed to input/output burst data at a high speed in a virtual file system of a storage unit having a plurality of non-volatile data storage media. The method includes: determining a block group including a block included in each of a plurality of the non-volatile data storage media; determining an access unit including each page included in the determined block group; and mapping an address of input/output data to the determined block group and the access unit. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce an address mapping processing time in the virtual file system that may function as a bottleneck in high-speed input/output in a large-capacity storage unit.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for measuring the concentration of the particles contained in a fluid. The device comprises a control volume body having a predetermined effective volume. An inlet path is formed at an end of the control volume body to feed the fluid into the control volume body therethrough. An outlet path is formed at another end of the control volume body to discharge the fluid from the control volume body therethrough. Measuring instruments are provided at the inlet path and the outlet path to emit electrical signals when the fine particles pass through the inlet path and the outlet path. A computing machine receives the electrical signals transmitted from the measuring instruments, and then computes the number and the concentration of fine particles contained in the control volume body. The device is easily integrated with Micro-TAS (Total analysis System).
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a cell chip and a method for manufacturing the same. The cell chip may include: a substrate; and a first contact member disposed on the substrate, wherein a top end of the first contact member is provided with a first inclined contact surface inclined with respect to the substrate.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a cell chip including: an upper substrate having a plurality of biometrics spaced therefrom by fillers, the biometrics fixing a biomaterial thereinto; a first hydrophobic coating layer formed on the upper substrate; and a lower substrate combined with the upper substrate and having a plurality of wells formed therein, the well storing fluid provided to the biometrics therein. The cell chip includes two substrates functionally separated from each other to implement a three dimensional cell chip, solves a cross contamination problem, and provides a similar environment to a bio environment, thereby making it possible to increase the accuracy of a test.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a fusing device having an improved heating structure. The fusing device is configured to apply heat and pressure to fix a developer to a print medium and includes a pressure device and a heating device. The heating device includes a heat radiating member extending along a longitudinal direction of the fusing device and terminal parts disposed at both ends of the heat radiating member. Contact points at which current is supplied to the heat radiating member through the terminal parts can be adjusted to change the effective width of heating area.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal including an LED camera flash includes a lens, which is for photographing an object, an image sensing unit, which generates a sensor result value by executing automatic exposure and automatic white balance, a flash module, which includes a flash driving unit that controls the LED camera flash, an actuator, which moves the lens and records a distance traveled by the lens, and a camera control module, which sets an exposure gain value by using the sensor result value, extracts a distance current value and a distance gain value by using position information of the lens that is determined by using the distance traveled by the lens, and controls the flash driving unit so as to adjust a brightness of the LED camera flash according to a gain correction value, which is set by using the exposure gain value, the distance current value and the distance gain value.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a finger-motion detecting apparatus and method and includes a sensing unit to be disposed on a wrist of a subject person, said sensing unit being configured to output a measurement signal into the wrist of the subject person and to receive a reflected signal of the measurement signal according to the motion of tendons in the wrist of the subject person, a signal control unit configured to control whether the measurement signal is outputted and to adjust the measurement signal on the basis of the reflected signal, and a finger-motion recognizing unit configured to detect finger motion of the subject person from the reflected signal. According to the present invention, since a sensor capable of detecting finger motion is worn on a wrist, the problem of inconvenience in existing methods is resolved.
