    摘要: In order to realize a permanent magnet dynamo electric machine which permits a high speed rotation, the permanent magnet dynamo electrIc machine including a stator 20 having a stator iron core 22 in which a stator winding 24 is wound, and a rotor 30 facing the inner circumference of the stator 20 and rotatably supported thereby, the rotor 30 having a rotor iron core 32 and a plurality of permanent magnets 36 arranged inside the rotor iron core 32 so as to face the stator iron core 22, wherein the rotor iron core 32 is provided with the same number of permanent magnet insertion holes 34 as the plurality of permanent magnets 36 for receiving the same at positions where ratio R1/R0 is equal to or more than 0.85, wherein R0 is the radius of the rotor 30 and R1 is the radius of an imaginary circle drawn by inscribing the faces of the plurality of permanent magnets 36 at the side remote from the stator 20.

    摘要: An inverter system providing both an improvement in the voltage utilization factor and a reduction in the switching loss uses a two-phase switching method. In the inverter system, an .alpha.-axis voltage command value; v.sub..alpha.r and a .beta.-axis voltage command value v.sub..beta.r are input to a stop phase selection means. Six sections are judged based on the values v.sub..alpha.r and v.sub..beta.r to select phases for which it is allowable to stop pulse width modulation control in a two-phase switching method. Then, a phase having the largest absolute value of current is selected among the phases for which it is allowable to stop pulse width modulation control using a U-phase current i.sub.u and a V-phase current i.sub.v. This information is a control mode S. Based on these, two-phase switching calculations are performed by a dead-time compensation calculation means and a pulse width modulation generating means. By doing so, the switching loss can be reduced.

    摘要: In order to realize a permanent magnet dynamo electric machine which permits a high speed of rotation, the permanent magnet dynamo electric machine includes a stator 20 having a stator iron core 22 in which a stator winding 24 is wound, and a rotor 30 facing the inner circumference of the stator 20 and rotatably supported thereby, the rotor 30 having a rotor iron core 32 and a plurality of permanent magnets 36 arranged inside the rotor iron core 32 so as to face the stator iron core 22, wherein the rotor iron core 32 is provided with the same number of permanent magnet insertion holes 34 as the number of permanent magnets 36 for receiving the same at positions where the ratio R1/R0 is equal to or more than 0.85, wherein R0 is the radius of the rotor 30 and R1 is the radius of an imaginary circle drawn by inscribing the faces of the plurality of permanent magnets 36 at the side remote from the stator 20.

Each of the support pillars 33 is provided with an elongated resistor 34 that suppresses grains from moving in the circumferential direction along with rotation of grinding type grain cleaning rolls 26. The resistor 34 is urged by an elastic member 37 to a position at which the resistor 34 protrudes toward the inside of a grain cleaning chamber 30. Further, the resistor 34 is provided so as to be movable in a radial direction to a position farther from the grain cleaning chamber 30 due to resistance from the grains.

    摘要: A permanent magnet motor includes a P-pole-implanted permanent magnet rotator containing a ferrite magnet in a laminated silicon steel sheet, wherein, at one pole, a U-shaped permanent magnet comprising three parts, and, at the outer periphery of the U-shaped magnet, one outer-periphery permanent magnet disposed longitudinally in the peripheral direction are provided to generate permanent magnet torque. At one pole, the permanent magnet rotator generates reluctance torque using two salient poles formed between the U-shaped permanent magnet and the outer-periphery permanent magnet. One central salient pole is formed between the adjacent poles. A stator comprises an M-phase stator winding that is a distributed winding, and a stator core having Ns slots. The ratio of Ns/P/M is a common fraction. When the width of the center salient pole is set to τcp and the slot pitch of the stator core is set to τs, τcp is smaller than τs.

    摘要: The present invention comprises a stator, and a rotor which is disposed oppositely to the stator with a gap interposed. The stator comprises a stator core, and a distributed stator winding mounted to the stator core. The stator core comprises a ring-like yoke core, and a plurality of teeth cores which protrude from the yoke core in the radial direction. The rotor comprises a rotor core, and a plurality of permanent magnets embedded in the rotor core. A pair of non-magnetic portions is created inside the rotor core and on both sides of the circumferential width of a permanent magnet for one magnetic pole. In the rotor core located on the stator side of the pair of non-magnetic portions, a pair of magnetic paths is created as the result of the creation of the pair of non-magnetic portions. Furthermore, a groove or hole is created on the outer circumferential portion of the rotor core and between the adjacent magnetic poles.
