Disclosed are a semiconductor light emitting device, which can improve characteristics of the semiconductor light emitting device such as a forward voltage characteristic and a turn-on voltage characteristic, increase light emission efficiency by lowering an input voltage, and increase reliability of the semiconductor light emitting device by a low-voltage operation, and a method of manufacturing the same. The semiconductor light emitting device includes: an n-type GaN semiconductor layer; an active layer formed on a gallium face of the n-type GaN semiconductor layer; a p-type semiconductor layer formed on the active layer; and an n-type electrode formed on a nitrogen face of the n-type GaN semiconductor layer and including a lanthanum (La)-nickel (Ni) alloy.

A torque limiter includes a driving bushing, a clutch spring wound around an outer circumference of the driving bushing, and a housing receiving a driving force via the clutch spring. The housing includes a first catch portion engaged with a first end portion of the clutch spring, and a second catch portion engaged with a second end portion of the clutch spring. The second catch portion is movable with respect to the first catch portion to change an angle between the first and second end portions of the clutch spring.

Disclosed is an audio/video data synchronization apparatus for directly transmitting decoded audio/video data to an external device, without compressing the data, using UWB communication. The apparatus synchronizes video and audio data stored in a terminal without compressing the data and simultaneously transmits the data to an external device using UWB communication, so that users can enjoy high-quality images and sounds. In addition, the receiving end does not necessarily incorporate a separate function for decoding moving images, because it receives uncompressed video/audio data. This makes the apparatus simple and convenient.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a vertical light emitting device. The method of manufacturing the vertical light emitting device may include forming an emissive layer including a n-type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a p-type semiconductor layer on a substrate, forming a first trench dividing the emissive layer into light emitting device units in which the emissive layer remains on the lower part of the first trench to a desired, or alternatively, a predetermined thickness, forming a passivation layer on the emissive layer, forming a p-type electrode on the p-type semiconductor layer of the emissive layer, forming a metal supporting layer on the passivation layer and the p-type electrode, removing the substrate, removing a remaining portion of the emissive layer when the surface of the emissive layer is exposed by removing the substrate, forming a n-type electrode on the n-type semiconductor layer of the emissive layer, and cutting the metal supporting layer to divide the emissive layer into the light emitting device units.

Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for informing a user of an image recognition error in an imaging system. The method includes detecting environmental factors causing errors of image recognition when image recognition is requested by the user, calculating analysis indices corresponding to the environmental factors, perceiving whether image recognition is suitably performed by checking whether the analysis indices are included in a normal range of predetermined reference values, and informing the user of the suitability or the unsuitability of image recognition.
