Disclosed is a metal capacitor including a lower electrode having hemispherical metal grains thereon. The metal capacitor includes a lower metal electrode containing Ti, hemispherical metal grains containing Pd and formed on the lower metal electrode containing Ti, a dielectric layer formed on the lower metal electrode containing Ti and the hemispherical metal grains containing Pd, and an upper metal electrode formed on the dielectric layer.

The present invention relates to a terahertz wave generator and a method of generating high-power terahertz waves using the terahertz wave generator. The terahertz wave generator includes a hollow spherical body, and a focusing lens installed in a cutout portion of the spherical body or an opening formed in the cutout portion, wherein an inner surface of the spherical body is coated with metal. In the method, frequencies having different levels are incident through the focusing lens or the opening to generate a plurality of air plasmas, and the air plasmas cause continuous focusing the metal-coated inner surface and hollow space of the spherical body, thus generating high-power terahertz waves.According to the present invention, a plurality of air plasmas is continuously generated, thus solving the problem in which the light intensity of terahertz waves generated using one air plasma is low.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of kimchi with shelf stability and high quality under the severe environment, more precisely, a manufacturing method of kimchi with shelf stability and high quality under the severe environment such as desert, alpine regions, poles and space which includes the step of irradiation after heating, gas exchange packaging and quick freezing. The manufacturing method of kimchi of the present invention reduces the chances of deterioration of the sensory quality and physicochemical characteristics caused by the conventional sterilization methods including high temperature and high pressure treatment and high dose of irradiation, so that kimchi produced by this method has excellent shelf stability under the severe environment.

An inkjet head manufacturing method is disclosed. The method of manufacturing an inkjet bead including a plurality of chambers, configured to contain ink; and an actuator, configured to provide pressure to the chamber, which includes forming a piezoelectric element on one side of the inkjet head that is adjacent to the chambers; forming the actuator(s) by dicing the piezoelectric element such that the piezoelectric element is divided and placed corresponding to a position of the chamber(s); and etching one side of the inkjet head such that a part of the piezoelectric element remaining between the adjacent actuators, can manufacture an inkjet head having a thin-film actuator reducing the cross talk by removing a part of the piezoelectric element remaining between the actuators of the inkjet head.

A MOS transistor having a recessed gate electrode and a fabrication method thereof are provided. The MOS transistor includes an isolation layer formed at a predetermined region of a semiconductor substrate to define an active region and double trench regions formed in the active region. The double trench region is composed of an upper trench region crossing the active region and a lower trench region located under the upper trench region. Thus, the active region is divided into two sub-active regions. Sidewalls of the upper trench region are covered with a spacer, which is used as an etching mask to form the lower trench region in the semiconductor substrate of the upper trench region. The upper and lower trench regions are then filled with a gate electrode. Also, high concentration source/drain regions are formed at the top surfaces of the sub-active regions respectively. Therefore, an effective channel length of the MOS transistor is determined according to the dimension of the lower trench region.

A power transmission apparatus and a rotation apparatus are disclosed. A power transmission apparatus that includes: a power generating part, which includes a drive axis; a worm, which is joined to the drive axis; a worm gear, which meshes with the worm, and which includes an output axis configured to transmit power; and a friction hinge, which is joined to the output axis, and which is configured to engage and disengage a rotational force of the output axis, can provide sufficiently high deceleration and high torque, even when a low-capacity motor having a low cogging torque is used. Also, the power transmission apparatus can be made safer and less noisy for not only automatic operation by the motor but also manual operation by a user, while the gear module, motor, etch, can be protected from excessive loads.
