摘要： A method and apparatus for video encoding/decoding provides a macroblock used as a unit of video division and encoding formed in various sizes, positions, and shapes to improve compression efficiency according to video characteristics. The video encoding method, divides a video into macroblocks while moving macroblocks in each row and/or each column by a predetermined-size pixel and each of the macroblocks is encoded. A video may also be divided into macroblocks at a position spaced apart from a corner of the video by a predetermined offset and each of the macroblocks is encoded. Encoding may also be performed on each sub-block and sub-blocks having the same prediction mode may be grouped into a macroblock having another form.

The image compression method includes dividing each of a plurality of pictures into predetermined slices, determining a prediction mode having higher efficiency and a coding order for each of corresponding slices of the pictures by performing prediction on the corresponding slices, and coding each of the slices in the determined prediction mode according to the determined order of coding. The plurality of pictures is coded through cross-reference between them.

Therefore, the keyboard mounting apparatus permits a user to easily attach a keyboard to and detach it from a pocket using a simple tool, such as a pen and resulting in preventing damage to a keyboard or base due to use of any metal tools.

摘要： A method and apparatus for encoding and decoding an image using a plurality of reference pictures. In an exemplary embodiment, the method of encoding an image comprises: generating information about transforms between a first picture and a second picture; generating a reference picture by transforming the second picture based on the generated information about transforms; predicting a current block of a current picture based on at least one of the reference picture and the first picture; and encoding the current block based on the predicting. Therefore, prediction encoding based on more accurate prediction is possible, thereby increasing a compression ratio of image encoding.

摘要： A touch panel display device includes a liquid crystal panel to display an image by regulating transmittance of light supplied from a back light unit, and a touch sensing part provided on upper edges of the liquid crystal panel in order to detect a position touched by a user or an object. The touch sensing part includes infrared lamps to generate and emit infrared light, infrared light reflecting tubes mounted with the infrared lamps, and image sensors to sense the infrared light output from the light output regions of the infrared light reflecting tubes. Each of the infrared light reflecting tubes has light output regions and non-output regions evenly formed at a surface facing an upper surface of the liquid crystal panel so that the infrared light emitted from the infrared lamps is evenly irradiated on the upper surface of the liquid crystal panel.
