Abstract:
An electronic camera displays recorded information, such as image frames, to permit the selection of items of information to be transferred to external equipment. Each time an item of information is transferred, an informative indication (e.g., an icon) is displayed in association with the transferred item to confirm the transfer and to permit an operator to select items of recorded information that may be erased. If an error occurs during transfer of a series of items, the operator can determine from the display the point at which the error occurred, avoiding the need for transferring items that have already been transferred.
Abstract:
An electronic camera includes: an image-capturing unit including an image-capturing device and an image-capturing optical system; a blur detecting unit; a moving unit moving part or all of the image-capturing unit to eliminate the blur according to the detection result; a reading unit reading the image from the image-capturing device; a viewfinder displaying unit continuously displaying the image read; an operating unit accepting a user instruction; and a controlling unit performing, when the start of photographing is not instructed, electronic blur correction by controlling the reading unit to continuously change an image-capturing range of the image-capturing device or continuously changing a range of the image read to be displayed on the viewfinder displaying unit, and ends, when it is instructed, the electronic blur correction and performs optical blur correction by controlling the moving unit. Accordingly, appropriate blur correction is feasible with an increase in power consumption suppressed.
Abstract:
An electronic camera of the present invention includes an imaging element that forms an image of an object, a display device that displays the formed image; a memory that stores the image formed by the imaging element; and a designating device that designates arbitrary positions on a display screen of the display device.
Abstract:
There is provided a roller thrust bearing providing reduced differential slip, free of significant friction and wear, and providing increased longevity against flaking. The present invention provides a thrust bearing in the form of a roller thrust bearing including at least two radially arranged rows of rollers and a cage holding the rollers, the rollers including at least one roller crowned.

Abstract:
An information processing apparatus provides simplified operation relating to switching of information input modes in an electronic camera. After photographing a picture image, memo information is input and superimposed onto a previous photographic picture image if input within a prescribed time period, for example, the time period necessary for a compression process of the photographic picture image. The previous photographic picture image is photographed immediately prior and is displayed on the screen. A touch tablet is operated by a pen and functions as an input device. A memo input in this manner is stored to memory as information of the same recording unit as the photographic picture image. After the prescribed time period has elapsed and photography has been performed, if the touch tablet is operated the photographic picture image is erased from the screen and only the memo is input. Also, the input memo is stored independently to memory.
Abstract:
A contention control circuit which temporarily stores cells arriving from a respective plurality of input lines to output cells to a single output line without collisions. The contention control circuit compares, at each input line in turn, the priority of the cell that has arrived from that input line, with the priority of the cell selected from among the cells that have arrived from preceding input lines as the cell having the highest priority, and again selects the cell with the higher priority.
