    Abstract: The present invention provides a vibration-damping device having an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder arranged at a distance on an outer diameter side of the inner cylinder, a rubber elastic body interposed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder for elastically coupling the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and an intermediate plate embedded in the rubber elastic body.
