摘要: Disclosed is a method of transmitting/receiving a broadcast message in a mobile communication system enabling to transmit a broadcast message including a video and the like. The present invention proposes an additional broadcast channel so as to transmit a broadcast message such as a video to a mobile station. Moreover, the present invention proposes a method of enabling a mobile station to confirm a summary or channel information so as to demand a broadcast message selectively by previously transmitting information, which is called a data burst summary message or a data burst message by the present invention, about the summary of the broadcast message or a channel through which the broadcast message will be transmitted prior to transmitting the broadcast message having large traffic volume.

摘要: A method for matching a rate in a mobile communication system causes puncturing or repetition in a fixed pattern, in which puncturing or repetition is applied to each bitstream on transport channels supporting different services in a next generation mobile communication system of the W-CDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) system. The method comprises the steps of (1) subjecting a bitstream on a transport channel for use in supporting a particular service to channel coding, (2) determining an initial error offset value for use in avoiding all the puncturing only in a particular bitstream among one or more than one bitstreams produced by the channel coding, (3) periodically subtracting a decrement from the determined initial error offset value, for puncturing a bit at a relevant position when a result of the subtraction satisfies a puncturing condition, (4) adding an update error parameter determined as the maximum bit size among TF (Transport Format) transportable during one TTI (Transport Time Interval) of the transport channel after the puncturing to a result of the subtraction, for updating an initial error offset value, and (5) periodically subtracting a decrement from the updated initial error offset value, for determining a position of a relevant bit to be punctured at the next time.

摘要: A flexible data rate matching method in a 3GPP2 system is disclosed that supports flexible data rate repetition on a physical layer of synchronous cdma2000 in an interleaving process. The process includes repeating bits of a channel encoded bitstream with one of a plurality of repetition factors, for matching a length of a repeated bitstream to an interleaving depth, or alternatively, fixing an index of an offset bit, where bit repetition of the channel encoded bitstream is started therefrom, for making the repetition pattern of the channel encoded bitstream to be a desired bit repetition pattern, fixing a repetition factor according to an initial parameter defined by the index of a fixed offset bit, repeating a bit of relevant index, and updating the initial parameter according to the fixed repetition factor, and repeating a process of fixing the repetition factor of a next bit according to the updated initial parameter, repeating the next bit, and re-updating the updated initial parameter, for matching a length of the repeated bitstream to the interleaving depth.

摘要: The present invention relates to the detection of a target nucleic acid sequence by a PTO Cleavage and Extension-Dependent Signaling Oligonucleotide Cleavage assay (PCE-SC assay). The present invention is carried out in such a manner that the extended strand is produced on the CTO having arbitrary sequences as templates depending on the presence of target nucleic acid sequences and in turn the SO as probes is hybridized with the extended strand to give signal. The present invention employs a series of reactions including PTO hybridization and cleavage, CTO hybridization and extension, and SO hybridization and cleavage, which is responsible for the highly enhanced specificity of the present invention.

摘要: The present invention relates to the detection of a target nucleic acid sequence by a PTOCE (PTO Cleavage and Extension) assay. The present invention detects a target nucleic acid sequence in which the PTO (Probing and Tagging Oligonucleotide) hybridized with the target nucleic acid sequence is cleaved to release a fragment and the fragment is hybridized with the CTO (Capturing and Templating Oligonucleotide) to form an extended duplex, followed by detecting the presence of the extended duplex. The extended duplex provides signals (generation, increase, extinguishment or decrease of signals) from labels indicating the presence of the extended duplex and has adjustable Tm value, which are well adoptable for detection of the presence of the target nucleic acid sequence.

摘要: The present invention relates to the detection of a target nucleic acid sequence using a target hybridization and detection primer (THD primer). The present invention allows for both a target amplification and a signal amplification by introducing a label into a primer used in PCR reactions, ensuring a real-time target detection by PCR reaction by no use of complicated oligonucleotides. The present invention could completely be free from the troublesome matters and shortcomings associated with conventional real-time PCR methods. The present invention allows for successful real-time target detection by using only a labeled primer. This feature makes it possible that the present invention exhibits excellent real-time target detection in multiplex manner.
