摘要: A dry cleaning housing causes a cleaning medium to be scattered by an airflow and brings the cleaning medium into contact with a cleaning object to clean the cleaning object. The dry cleaning housing includes an internal space where the cleaning medium is scattered; an opening configured to be brought into contact with the cleaning object to cause the cleaning medium to collide with the cleaning object; a ventilation path configured to supply air from an outside to the internal space; a suction port configured to suction the air introduced into the internal space via the ventilation path to generate a rotating airflow inside the internal space; and a porous unit configured to allow a substance eliminated from the cleaning object to pass through.

摘要: A cleaning device for removing a deposit adhering to an object to be cleaned is disclosed. The cleaning device includes a cleaning chamber forming a space for housing multiple cleaning media shaped like flakes; a circulating air-flow generating unit configured to generate a circulating air flow to cause the cleaning media to fly and repeatedly collide with the object in the cleaning chamber and thereby to remove the deposit adhering to the object; and a cleaning medium recycling unit configured to suction and remove the deposit adhering to the cleaning media that have collided with the object and thereby to recycle the cleaning media. The pencil hardness of the cleaning media is greater than the pencil hardness of the deposit.

摘要: A dry type cleaning technology is disclosed. Dust adhering to a cleaning object is removed with a cleaning medium caused to flow by a high-speed airflow. The removed dust is separated from the cleaning medium with a porous member including holes through which air, dust, and granular material can pass but the cleaning medium cannot pass. An area on the porous member where air is received to cause the cleaning medium to flow and an area on the porous member where air is received to suction the dust separated from the cleaning medium are switched.

摘要: A circulation-air generating unit directly generates circulation air that flows along a surface of a cleaning tank. The circulation air is applied to cleaning medium accumulated on the cleaning tank from a direction orthogonal to a direction of face of the cleaning medium to deliver and flow up the cleaning medium. The cleaning medium is flown up inside the cleaning tank by the force of the circulation air. The cleaning medium flowing inside the cleaning tank collides with a cleaning target object by high-velocity air supplied from a cleaning-medium accelerating unit to remove dust on the cleaning target object.

摘要: An A/D converter comprises a pipeline stage array in which plural pipeline stages are connected in series, each pipeline stage performing a pipeline operation on an inputted analog voltage to output a digital voltage; a number-of-bits control circuit for outputting a number-of-bits selection signal which indicates whether the operation of each pipeline stage should be carried out or halted, according to a number-of-bits control signal which indicates a resolution; and a correction circuit for compensating a digital value to be output, according to the number-of-bits control signal. Therefore, when resolution of the A/D converter, which is requested by the system, is changed, only the pipeline stages required for realizing the requested resolution are operated while the other pipeline stages are halted, whereby a reduction in power consumption of the A/D converter is realized and, simultaneously, a breakdown of an output from the A/D converter is avoided.

摘要: To provide a microscope system enabling the user to accurately observe the surface of the observing target in a short time. A sensitivity parameter for adjusting a value of the pixel data corresponding to a plurality of pixels is set. The pixel data is acquired with a first sensitivity value set as the sensitivity parameter, and the number of pixels in which the peak value of the pixel data is smaller than or equal to a threshold value is detected. A ratio of the detected number of pixels with respect to the total number of pixels region is calculated, where the pixel data is acquired by a second sensitivity value different from the first sensitivity value when the ratio is greater than or equal to a reference value, and the pixel data is not acquired by the second sensitivity value when the ratio is smaller than the reference value.

The tag includes a first conductor to be attached at one side of the slit in a width direction of the slit, a second conductor to be attached at another side of the slit in the width direction of the slit, and an IC chip to receive power through the first conductor and the second conductor. The package structure includes a cutting line and the tag generates a communication failure when the package structure is cut along the cutting line. A radio frequency identification system includes the package and a communication management device configured to perform at least one of reading out information from the tag through wireless communication and writing information into the tag through the wireless communication.
