摘要： This method for producing silicon single crystals includes: growing a silicon single crystal by the Czochralski method while cooling at least part of the silicon single crystal under growth with a cooling member which circumferentially surrounds the silicon single crystal and has an inner contour that is coaxial with a pull axis, wherein an ambient gas in which the silicon single crystal is grown includes a hydrogen-atom-containing substance in gaseous form. This silicon single crystal is produced by the above method.

The IC card (300) includes: an extra-domain usage rule holding unit (305) which stores a rule for use of the IC card (300) in a terminal apparatus (200) which is outside of the domain; and an extra-domain use permission judgment unit (309) which judges, according to the usage rule, whether or not use of the IC card (300) is permitted, when the IC card (300) is provided to the terminal apparatus (200). The IC card (300), in addition, supplies the encryption key to the terminal apparatus (200) which is outside of the domain, when the extra-domain use permission judgment unit (309) judges that use is permitted.

摘要： A broadcast station that is a transmission device assigns an ID and a license transformation period to a license to be generated, and transmits to a terminal apparatus 102, in order to provide a digital right management system which can provide a protection for the rights of a provider while preventing an unauthorized obtainment of a license to be transmitted through a digital broadcast. The terminal apparatus 102 records a license import log including the license ID and license transformation period assigned to the license. Further, the terminal apparatus 102 controls a license obtainment in the case where the same license has been obtained by the time of obtaining the license. Furthermore, the license received by the terminal apparatus 102 is kept at least until the license transformation period expires.

摘要： An ink jet recording head having improved printing performance and improved manufacturing efficiency, a manufacturing method of the ink jet recording head, and an ink jet recording device. A head chip in which nozzles for jetting ink droplets are formed is fitted in an opening of an ink manifold via rubber sealing members, and the chip is exposed to the interior of ink supply chambers. Thus, the chip is efficiently cooled by the ink, and the temperature of the ink can be controlled so as to be within a predetermined range. Accordingly, no heat sink is necessary, and as a result, the head is easily manufactured and made compact. Since the chip is fitted in the manifold opening via the sealing members, application of an adhesive and curing time are unnecessary. Thus, manufacturing efficiency is improved.

A slice head detector detects each slice head and causes the seed generator to refresh the scramble seed. A random number generator scrambles the digital data based on the scramble seed. A multiplexer embeds the scramble key in the extension.sub.-- and.sub.-- user.sub.-- data of the scrambled data.
