A phenylcarbazole compound of formula (1) below is provided, where each of R1 and R2 is independently a monosubstituted or polysubstituted functional group selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C4-C30 heterocyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 condensed polycyclic group, wherein groups adjacent to R1 and R2 bind and form a saturated or unsaturated cyclic hydrocarbon group, and Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl group or a C6-C30 heteroaryl group, wherein the substituent R4 is defined herein. Also included is an organic electroluminescence device comprising the above phenylcarbazole compounds.
Abstract:
An apparatus for generating an in-phase/quadrature-phase (I/Q) signal in a wireless transceiver is disclosed, including a local oscillator for generating a local oscillation signal, and first and second mixers for mixing the oscillation signal with a transmission/reception signal to convert the transmission/reception signal into a baseband or high-frequency signal. The apparatus includes a phase locked circuit for controlling the local oscillator, and a polyphase filter installed between the local oscillator and the mixers, for separating the oscillation signal from the local oscillator into an I signal and a Q signal depending on a control signal from the phase locked circuit, and outputting the separated I and Q signals to the first and second mixers, respectively.
Abstract:
A semiconductor memory device includes spaced apart twisted bit line pairs, a respective one of which includes a spaced apart twisted area. A conductive line overlaps the respective twisted areas of the spaced apart twisted line pairs. The conductive line can extend parallel to the memory device word lines, and can provide a power supply ground and/or signal line.
Abstract:
An audio head assembly for use in a video cassette recorder comprises an audio head support plate provided with a tapped hole and two slots; an audio head secured on the audio head support plate; an elastic member provided with a throughhole and two slots; and bolts for fixing the audio head support plate and the elastic member to the main plate. The elastic member is attached to a bottom surface of the audio head support plate in such a way that the throughhole and the slots thereof correspond to the tapped hole and the slots of the audio head support plate. The bolts are fitted through the tapped hole and the slots of the audio head support plate, the throughhole and the slots of the elastic member, and into the threaded holes of the main plate, respectively.
Abstract:
A testing device includes a signal sensing unit and a signal processing unit. The signal sensing unit generates a test output signal by sensing a signal from a device under test including a plurality of passive elements that are connected in parallel. The signal processing unit detects an open-type fault of the plurality of passive elements by measuring an impedance of the device under test based on element characteristic information of the plurality of passive elements.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aptazyme comprising an aptamer for hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA-encoding component; a hammerhead ribozyme comprising an antisense sequence to microRNA at the site released by self-cleavage; and a communication module sequence that connects the aptamer and hammerhead ribozyme and triggers a self-cleavage activity of the hammerhead ribozyme upon binding of the aptamer with the HCV RNA-encoding component. The present aptazyme inhibits microRNA activity specifically in HCV proliferating cells and thus a composition of the present invention comprising the aptazyme can be effectively used for treatment of HCV-related diseases.
