    摘要: A magnesium alloy sheet is made of a magnesium alloy containing Al. Particles of an intermetallic compound containing at least one of Al and Mg are present in the sheet in a dispersed state. The sheet includes an oxide film which extends substantially over the surface of the sheet and which has a uniform thickness. The average size of the particles of the intermetallic compound is 0.5 μm or less. The percentage of the total area of the particles is 11% or less. Therefore, the magnesium alloy sheet is excellent corrosion resistance. A magnesium alloy structural member is provided.

    摘要: A sampling circuit for compensating the phase difference of a sampling pulse due to a temperature variation to accurately sample input signals is provided. The sampling circuit samples received input signals. The sampling circuit includes a pulse generator for generating a pulse signal according to a timing at which an input signal should be sampled, a step recovery diode for outputting a sampling pulse responsive to the pulse signal, a detector for detecting the value for the input signal according to the sampling pulse, a temperature detecting circuit for detecting the temperature around the step recovery diode and a temperature compensating unit for controlling a timing at which the step recovery diode outputs the sampling pulse based on the temperature detected by the temperature detecting circuit.

    摘要: A polymer binder for an electrode is provided, which is comprised of a polymer comprising (a) structural units derived from a monofunctional ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer, (b) structural units derived from an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, and (c) structural units derived from a methacrylonitrile monomer; the ratio of [(a)+(c)]/(b) being 99.9 to 1.5 by weight; the sum of (a)+(b)+(c) being at least 70 wt. % based on the total structural units of the polymer; and the polymer being substantially free from structural units derived from an ethylenically hydrocarbon monomer and structural units derived from a diene monomer. The binder exhibits enhanced electrochemical stability and is useful for making an electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery.

An optical system is adjusted to obtain a uniform illuminance distribution before projecting the image of the pattern on the substrate.
